A very beautiful, unique, and evocative venue. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and welcoming. The cocktails are delicious. I highly recommend them and will be back.

Rude staff who, despite the large number of customers, simply rushed the place because it was close to closing time. Tip: Better not accept new customers than make them feel unwanted!

The place is truly charming, well-kept, and has a super welcoming atmosphere. It's a shame that customer service isn't always up to par. Unfortunately, there's a certain disparity in treatment and an air of condescension toward non-regulars, which risks creating a "league A/B" dynamic. While I was calmly enjoying my cocktail, I felt an excessive rush to clear the table, with constant stares and repeated questions about whether I was finished. This somewhat pushy approach unfortunately disrupts the relaxation and makes the passing guest feel less than welcome. A special mention goes to one of the waitresses, who was truly super human, kind, and empathetic, and whose professionalism resolved the situation. The place has great potential, but a more equal and relaxed approach to all customers would really make a difference.

"Il Professore" is a true must-see on many strolls through the beautiful center of Gioia, and in some ways, it's also a sort of safe haven from the chaos that characterizes so many other places. It's no coincidence that its location—sober and elegant, yet meticulously maintained—immediately puts you at ease, as do the attention to detail and the quality of the products served. But what really makes the difference here is the service, with a special mention for Antonio, who is truly kind, friendly, and professional! If you're in Gioia, stop by and enjoy your gourmet break here—you won't regret it. :)

Very nice location, little choice of wine, served 2 glasses, asked for a second one and it was finished, usually we warn you we had to change color, food in the aperitif too many carbohydrates, it is very heavy, the Carole did not lighten much but overall good

Very fine place, excellent food and very good breakfasts, well attended
