24/07/2025: My family, about ten of us, and I had dinner at this wonderful butcher shop. I'll start by saying that in the past, we'd always gone to another butcher shop in the area, but after hearing good things about Il Vignale, we decided to give it a try. We found the owner and her staff incredibly kind and helpful, something that's not a given these days, so congratulations. The food was excellent, perfectly cooked, and the service was impeccable and timely. We'll definitely be back.

09/07/2025: The food was of good quality, but it didn't quite meet my expectations, particularly due to the lack of side dishes. The waiter also offered us gluten-free bread, but in the end, we didn't receive any, as another table had also ordered it.

06/07/2025: We stopped by chance for dinner.. he recommended an excellent primitivo, accompanied by cured meats and cheeses from Puglia. I recommend it!

04/06/2025: Unfortunately the red wine had sediment and all the other customers were given snacks (olive, etc.) maybe they don’t like coloured people. Amazing reply to my comments. Firstly the biting were offered to others without request, I know this as we asked the Italian girls sitting next to us and they confirmed they received them free of charge. When they informed the waiter he came over to ask if we wanted some. The original waiter seemed to have disappeared then. Please note that we don't have a colour problem as you have indicated. We notice discrimination from the likes of you and call it out when it happens.

15/06/2025: At the time of the review, Hotel Delfino has 2 souls. The renovated part is really well made. The superior rooms are very comfortable, starting from the spaces and the logistical management of the shelves. The bed is very comfortable and the bathrooms are really ok! The ground floor of the hotel is phenomenal, it boasts a wonderful sea view, where you can have a rich breakfast every morning, from savory to sweet. Also worthy of note is the open kitchen, where you can eat really refined and tasty dishes. The dining room staff is professionally trained, friendly and smiling, the same goes for the concierges, who have always proven to be "on the ball". The problem is if you end up in the unrenovated wing by choosing the standard rooms. Avoid them! Unfortunately, the unrenovated wing is really old, and not kept. I prefer not to comment on the carpeting in the corridors and the elevators. The rooms are small and the bathrooms are not in good condition, not to mention the really uncomfortable mattresses. I had the misfortune of staying 2 nights, and everything is made worse by the fact that you have breakfast and any dinners in the beautiful and renovated wing and therefore it makes the situation much worse. Unfortunately, since it was a business trip, they booked us the standard rooms, and once we arrived and saw and tried the rooms, we asked to be moved, and the reception staff did everything they could to move us to the new wing, and luckily succeeded. In short, the Delfino gets full marks for both staff and structure, as long as you stay in the renovated wing. Highly recommended.

25/07/2025: My partner and I were looking for a place to escape, even just for a weekend, to unplug from the daily grind, and we couldn't have made a better choice. A property with a sea view, surrounded by greenery, peace, and the sound of cicadas! There are probably other properties with these characteristics in the area, but the real difference is the people. The owners are the added value. You feel like you're staying with a big family, not a hotel. Thank you, Daniele, for your authentic cuisine! Catch of the day and good wine! 10/08/2025: We had dinner for 2 consecutive evenings and were exceptionally satisfied, the quality and the service excellent (Ms Marta is a very nice person, Paolo and Eugenio 2 professional guys), I highly recommend trying the homemade vegetables, the meatballs in sauce are a rarity to find them so good, the parmigiana is top, the wine produced by them is excellent, compliments.

09/08/2025: The food was good, with homemade pasta and local produce, and the atmosphere and setting were very welcoming, with a view of the castle. It's a shame the service was practically nonexistent, uninspiring and inattentive (they even forgot to bring us our appetizers). The prices were a bit high for what you get (€52 for two plates of pasta with tomato and eggplant and a wine for €15). On a positive note: if you don't finish the wine, you can take it home.
