17/06/2025: My husband and I ordered fried calamari, very good and fresh with reasonable prices! Run by mother and daughter where they made us feel at home right away! The structure is very beautiful, the interior is all white and very clean! With parking! In short, everything is well taken care of from the kitchen to the ladies! I recommend it!

25/05/2025: If you're looking for a good burger, keep looking. Unfortunately, we stopped in with high expectations but in addition to extremely slow service, the waitress had an attitude and rolled her eyes and told me "I guess, if it's really necessary" when I asked if it was possible for the fries to come out with the burgers (fries are sold separately and it says that they will probably come out fast because they don't take long to cook). When the fries did arrive, more or less at the same time as the burgers, they were room temperature - which makes me believe they cooked them first and left them sitting there until our burgers were ready. The burgers themselves were a disappointment, the meat was barely seasoned and had none of that smokey flavor or caramelization that you expect, despite having some charring. The bun is almost twice as big as the patty itself, which means you mostly taste bread when you take a bite. The bacon is pancetta, so just be prepared it will not be crispy. Giving 1 star for experience and food and one extra for the only nice wait staff, a young woman with braids and glasses who brought us the drinks and was the only one who didn't make us feel like our presence was an inconvenience. Hands down the only bad meal we've had on our two-week trip.

03/05/2025: On the road that leads to the Sanctuary of P.Pio. Good and genuine cuisine. Large space, also equipped for children. Different farm animals. Friendly and kind staff, the owner even gave us freshly laid chicken eggs.

17/05/2025: Unfortunately we found I Templari only on the last evening of our holiday. Who says that Italians disdain i turisti who turn up at the restaurant door at 19:00 sensa prenotazione? We were welcomed very warmly even though they had clearly been very busy with a Mothers day function that afternoon. We had a memorable meal (antipasti and primi and a glass of house white wine which absolutely sets the bar for quality), great value, great service.

02/06/2025: I haven't been here for a couple of years, but I had a craving for a nice beefburger, so I went on Sunday evening. As ever, parking in Locorotondo is difficult, so I had to walk quite a distance. I had reserved a table for myself. It was busy with locals and a few tourists. The service was great, the draught beer was lovely, the burger was delicious, and the fries were amazing. The view over the valley to Martina Franca and Cisternino was spectacular. A very pleasant experience all round.

01/06/2025: The staff is very kind and attentive. The Gluten Free sandwich is abundant, soft and super stuffed. Highly recommended also for the view if you eat outside.

The food is of excellent quality, we made a great impression with guests from other parts of Italy. Carlo, the dining room manager, is a true professional and expert in the sector. The location is suggestive, well-kept, with different areas available and to act as a "plan b". Truly extraordinary experience, we will be back!

11/05/2025: Well if I could give more than 5 stars I would definitely give it!!!! Today we celebrated our son's first communion and what can I say??!! Everything super!! The hospitality and the food reigned supreme... they were super helpful despite the various changes to the menus given by the guests at the end. The food is sublime, the fresh catch of the day and what about the entertainment?! The live band is fantastic better than the DJ... and then the entrance of DJ Frog made everyone from the little ones to the adults have fun. Overall, a truly fantastic party from start to finish.
