17/05/2025: Siamo stati alla masseria per visitare il frantoio, acquistare olio ed mangiare a pranzo un lunedi sul cammino di ritorno di un viaggio in Puglia. 1) visita in coppia, in lingua italiana, della masseria e frantoio : esageratamente caro per il tempo di una mezz ora. Prova di olio senza niente (pane....), il tutto per 20€ a persona. Vergognoso! 2) Dopo avere comprato olio spedito da un spedizionere, ho dovuto richiamare per solecitare la spedizione. Il pacco stranamente partiva il giorno della mia telefonata di rilancio. Strano! L'olio è arrivato e confermo è buonissimo. 3) Aggiungo, abbiamo mangiato benissimo a pranzo. Cucina inventiva, bravo il cuoco!

10/05/2025: Typical family-run Apulian farmhouse surrounded by centuries-old olive trees and a quiet environment where every aspect is extremely well looked after; from the rich sweet and savory breakfast to the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms; perfect location, we are 10 minutes drive from the center of Ostuni and 10 minutes drive from the town of Rosa Marina with a splendid sea and stretch of sand only. Thanks to Carmen and her family for their hospitality and knowing how to do their job well. I will definitely go back. VERY RECOMMENDED

13/04/2025: It's not just a simple Steak House, it's an experience. Impeccable service, all the guys are attentive and scrupulous. They describe dishes and ingredients with very high level preparation. I lived for some time between Florence and Prato and I always struggled to find a place that treated meat well here, where fish reigns supreme. We ate an excellent Finnish sashi, excellently prepared, perfectly cooked, every bite always brought out a new flavour. Obviously, the tartare with gorgonzola cream and the welcome entree must also be mentioned, which was a pleasant surprise. I'm a little sorry I didn't come earlier, but it's not easy to find a place on the weekend. I've known Matteo since school, he's really doing a great job! Great respect for having had the courage and resourcefulness to carry out such a project! See you soon!

25/05/2025: Impeccable service. Very friendly and passionate waitress (apart from having confused the octopus with a cuttlefish) for the rest really good. The raw fish was absolutely exceptional. I had a tagliolini with squid ink and datterini with raw shrimp. Really good. You have to savor every bite to the fullest, letting the flavors release all the nuances they contain because, alas, it finishes quickly. The ingredients were fresh and you could taste it. Nowadays it is very difficult to find equals.

24/05/2025: I'll start by saying that the waiter was friendly and really attentive to the shortcomings (even superfluous) of the room, I spent a really pleasant evening, excellent dishes. Also served gluten-free.

I piatti sono stati sorprendenti,sia come presentazione che come sapori,ogni dettaglio è curato con attenzione,il tutto accompagnato da dell'ottimo vino. Ci torneremo assolutamente per scoprire altre prelibatezze e vini ma anche per ritrovare quell'ambiente così accogliente ed efficente. CONSIGLIATISSIMO 🔝

We returned on Sunday 4 May for our son's communion and I must say that I found the same positive qualities as then... Excellent food with very fresh seafood, excellent service from the maitre to the waiter, very attentive and scrupulous especially towards guests with intolerances and allergies, always impeccable bathrooms, courtesy, seriousness and kindness of the owners!

31/05/2025: It is really difficult to find something not to give five stars. Everything, absolutely everything, even the music deserves six. A cozy and refined location, in every detail. The excellent service not only makes you feel pampered from appetizer to dessert but can be a guide in appreciating and how to appreciate what is served to you. The quality of the products is excellent and the preparations are first a delight for the eyes and then for the palate. This first time we dedicated ourselves to fish with a small digression on meat with ravioli. Next time we will return to try the meat. What can I say, today we finally understood what it means to eat high-level sushi. Congratulations! You will see us again soon at your tables.

09/05/2025: Self-service deli with tables on the street and a relaxed atmosphere. Excellent dishes. First and second courses available, we opted for the cous cus: very good. The chicken breast with rosemary and potatoes is also excellent. Baked pasta cooked well, unfortunately there was a lot of tomato paste. We liked the food and also the easy atmosphere. I wish I could have photographed the dishes, but they were so good we finished them before we could post the pictures!
