An example: welcoming, spotlessly clean, bright. The menu is rich in simple, carefully crafted dishes, without the need for a bistro touch. The opposite of the "sub-zero" burger joints, kebab shops, and fry shops. Service is basic, but always with a smile.

I really love it there! A cozy place with good interior design. Maybe a bit expensive but it's a boutique restaurant so i think it carries it. Definitely gonna visit more. AND THE COOKIES ARE 🤌 PERFECT

Kudos to all the staff, especially Giulio, the bartender, who, despite the restaurant being packed, made sure everyone was well looked after. Everything was delicious and high-quality, including the spectacular eggplant parmigiana and the pucce that lived up to expectations. We'll be happy to return.

04/05/2026: I went there for lunch for the first time with friends and family on Sunday, May 3, 2026. We were welcomed into a welcoming atmosphere and immediately felt at home. When the dishes arrived, we were delighted: I had seafood linguine, fried fish, and almond cake. I would recommend everything because everything was so fresh (for example, the fried shrimp peeled easily) and the portions were generous. What can I say: we'll be back! Highly recommended.
03/05/2026: A unique, simple, and peaceful spot away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The restaurant is located inside an old building with high ceilings. It stands very close to a former tobacco factory, closed at the end of Mussolini's reign: the village was created because of (or thanks to) this factory. The staff were very attentive and helpful. The menu, translated into French, is available online, and the dishes are photographed. Note that the lemon sorbet is not actually a sorbet but a lemon cream. We were lucky enough to try (and thoroughly enjoyed) a homemade local digestif made with wild fennel. We highly recommend this place!

Home Restaurant Scirocco

03/06/2026: A wonderful place, far from mass tourism. Very friendly welcome. Exceptionally good food, surprisingly delicious and of outstanding quality (organic). I highly recommend it – a must-visit if you're in the area.
11/05/2026: A truly captivating experience at this magnificent estate: the occasion was Easter lunch, where we enjoyed the high-quality food in a setting immersed in the beauty of Salento's countryside, among olive groves and dry-stone walls. You can dine both inside and on the spacious outdoor terrace overlooking a large lawn. The owners' attention to detail, the food, and the staff, is evident throughout. I'll gladly return!
