26/10/2025: On our visit to Chiusi, which was our final stop for this visit to Tuscany, including a visit to the museums, which were all very interesting, we ate at this Osteria, which was simply brilliant! The food, the friendly service in a restaurant run by women, was fantastic, so brilliant that we went back today, Sunday, and will return tomorrow, Monday. We're delighted to have discovered this place! Congratulations for being so generous!

We had three pregnant women, and they were very helpful in accommodating their requests. The Florentine steak was delicious, as were the other dishes. Recommended!

09/11/2025: On Friday, October 31, 2025, I dined at this restaurant for the first time with my partner. I had heard about it but had never been there. We ate very well; everything was delicious, with the main courses being better than the first courses, but the first courses were also good. We had meat dishes: whole wheat maltagliati with duck ragù and tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms, and for main courses, wild boar steak with caramelized chestnuts and guinea fowl confit stuffed with chestnuts and sausage, all cooked at a low temperature. Delicious. And to finish, a delicious dessert. We will definitely be back. Highly recommended.

13/10/2025: I ordered a pizza margarita and got I don’t know what that was. It was a pizza but there was literally water on it. It tasted disgusting. That was the worst pizza I’ve ever had. The woman behind the counter was watching something on her phone and she turned her phone way to loud.

13/10/2025: Unfortunately, the Margherita pizza was swimming in tomato sauce and tasted completely stale. The ravioli still had cooking water on the plate, and there was nothing on the side except Parmesan cheese. It was the worst meal we've had in Italy so far, and in our opinion, we wouldn't recommend it.

The cuisine combines tradition with a touch of innovation, a winning combination that ensures even the most demanding customers are satisfied. The dishes come out of the kitchen without long waits, and in terms of quality, they deserve top marks. The staff is friendly, attentive, and professional, without ever being a burden to the customers. Highly recommended.

05/11/2025: After a whole day of walking we dropped by this place one night and ordered 2 pizzas to go, the guy at the front was very friendly and took our order. While we waited we could see that this spot had a lot of movement and people coming in to dinner. Next time we are in Firenze we will try to go, make the time and sit down to have dinner.
