A truly excellent experience! We started with a spectacular raw fish platter: incredibly fresh, plentiful, and varied, all of the highest quality. For my second course, I chose the seared bluefin tuna, which was simply exceptional, while my boyfriend had the paccheri with shrimp, which was equally delicious. The desserts also won us over! The staff was incredibly kind and attentive, creating a very pleasant atmosphere. The quality/price ratio was truly excellent. We'll definitely be back!

I dined at this restaurant, drawn by its dedicated vegan menu, and was delighted. The atmosphere is very relaxed, welcoming, and upscale, ideal for those seeking a quiet evening in a refined setting. The staff was extremely kind and professional, something I greatly appreciated. As for the food, I found original dishes with very delicate flavors. I tried: • Gratinated terrine of ancient grain ravioli (filled with artichokes, potatoes, and fermented lemon): an interesting and well-balanced combination. • Vegetable millefeuille with beluga lentil hummus: a light and refined dish. The real highlight was the dessert: a truly amazing strawberry tart with custard and whipped cream, the perfect way to end the dinner. Overall, an excellent experience for those seeking refined and original plant-based cuisine in Marina di Massa. Recommended.
