16/02/2026: We ordered a plate of fries as an appetizer, but I didn't get a chance to eat them properly because the pizzas arrived shortly afterward (two minutes later), while the plates were still full. The atmosphere was very noisy, but the pizza was really good.
16/02/2026: The menu is vast and very good, the only downside is that the pizza is inedible, it looks beautiful with a nice crust, but the pasta is inedible.

04/03/2026: The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, and the pizzas are delicious, made with Gianni's own sourdough starter. One way to test the quality of the pizzas is to order them to go. If the pizza isn't good when you get it home, you'll know it. La Bottega's pizza, on the other hand, is always good and never chewy.
It's a shame the place is so small, but on nice evenings, you can dine outside.
Highly recommended.
26/02/2026: If you're passing through Florence, you can't miss this pizzeria. I highly recommend it. Excellent pizzas, a family atmosphere, top-notch products, and the owners' kindness is truly unique. They make you feel at home. Keep up the good work.
