05/11/2025: After a whole day of walking we dropped by this place one night and ordered 2 pizzas to go, the guy at the front was very friendly and took our order.
While we waited we could see that this spot had a lot of movement and people coming in to dinner.
Next time we are in Firenze we will try to go, make the time and sit down to have dinner.

13/10/2025: I ordered a pizza margarita and got I don’t know what that was. It was a pizza but there was literally water on it. It tasted disgusting. That was the worst pizza I’ve ever had. The woman behind the counter was watching something on her phone and she turned her phone way to loud.
13/10/2025: Unfortunately, the Margherita pizza was swimming in tomato sauce and tasted completely stale. The ravioli still had cooking water on the plate, and there was nothing on the side except Parmesan cheese. It was the worst meal we've had in Italy so far, and in our opinion, we wouldn't recommend it.

19/10/2025: One of those places where simplicity, cheerfulness, care, and quality still reign. To say the food was good is an understatement. What's more, I'm celiac, and they made me truly perfect gluten-free tagliatelle with duck sauce. The desserts were incredible, too.
Go there, you'll be thrilled.

11/11/2025: We actually dined here twice while in Florence because it was so good. It was the best seafood we had. Great menu with delicious options for everyone. If we visit Florence again, Yellow Bar is on the list.
08/11/2025: We went to eat a pizza. We sat down. While we were waiting, two people came in. I assume they were friends of the owner. They ordered and were served immediately. All this does not seem correct or serious to me.

09/11/2025: We'd noticed it for a while, but due to circumstances beyond our control, we hadn't been yet. The service, the staff, and above all, the food and presentation were AMAZING. We'll definitely be back often to sample all the options, from appetizers and first and second courses, to typical Sicilian dishes and more.
31/10/2025: We had lunch on October 24th, returning from the annual Paratroopers Brigade Festival in Pisa. There were about thirty of us, obviously with reservations. Even though there were 4 or 5 more of us, there were no problems... Everything was perfect. Excellent food, excellent presentation, good wine, amazing desserts, and very helpful staff. We made a bit of a racket singing our songs, and the owner and staff accompanied us. It was a lunch and a day to remember.

01/11/2025: Very good pizza at a fair price. But please don't order the "kids' pizza." It's significantly smaller, and they only deduct €0.50 from the price.
The waiters were incredibly friendly, even to tourists.

20/10/2025: Yesterday, October 19, we went to this quaint restaurant for lunch. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, the food excellent, and the staff very kind and professional. The homemade pasta is sublime, as are the desserts, even the homemade ones. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to spend a day surrounded by chestnut trees and to anyone who wants to enjoy the authentic flavors of yesteryear, featuring all kinds of game. We'll definitely be back.
06/10/2025: A nice place and excellent service, but unfortunately, that's where the positives end.
The appetizers were made with good ingredients but presented in a sparse and incomplete way, the first courses were absolutely bland, and the desserts were barely adequate. However, the "Spiedone" (skewer) was a positive choice, as it was truly delicious.
For three appetizers, two first courses, a second course, two side dishes (good), three desserts, half a liter of house wine, and three coffees, we spent €147.
Despite the general increase in restaurant prices, you can eat much better for less.
