13/05/2026: We had lunch at Il Molo restaurant for two, and what can I say? The seafood was excellent! Excellent food, friendly staff, and reasonable prices. Well done guys.

05/07/2026: Excellent food! Everyone at the table loved their dishes, which had incredible flavors. The service was also impeccable. The waiter, Igor, was extremely attentive, friendly, and helpful, doing everything to ensure we had the best possible experience. We will definitely return and recommend the restaurant!

01/07/2026: We are visitors from America. Vegetarian. Some of us have nut-allergies. We were looking for some genuine local Italian food. This place hit the right spot for a few reasons: 1. The ingredients were naturally flavorful. 2. Not overcooked, not too raw 3. Not very greasy, but had the right amount of cheese. We tried the Spaghetti (without the pine nuts), Risotto (awesome), sides (Spinach with garlic and olive oil, Beans i.e. Fagioli all'uccelletto) and the glorious Panna Cotta (great with the raspberry and cocoa sprinkling). We walked in with very little hunger, just because it was time for dinner after a long tiring day of sightseeing. The hosts were very polite, gave us a great estimate of the wait time (15 mins) and served us well. We were very satisfied and might actually come back if time permits! Definitely recommend!

30/06/2026: Great pizza spot away from the tourist traps. Fantastic service and glorious pizzas at very reasonable prices, all in a modern setting. The team were friendly and accommodating, and it was nice to be somewhere filled with locals as opposed to tourists (like us!). Grazie!

20/07/2026: We ate pizza here and were absolutely thrilled. The pizzas were incredibly delicious – crispy crust, fresh ingredients, and simply top-notch flavor. The service was very friendly and attentive, so we immediately felt comfortable. The restaurant itself is also very clean, nicely decorated, and has a pleasant atmosphere. Highly recommended! 🍕🇮🇹

13/07/2026: Great pizza, service, atmosphere, and wine list. Neapolitan style pizza with amazing crust! Classic and unique specialty pizzas all paired with a gin cocktail, if you fancy. Their wine list was filled with great local wines at a fair price. Waitstaff was super friendly. It’s 3 blocks off of the main drag in a cute beachside town. Highly recommend. Definitely worth a visit!!

The drinks deserve special mention: unique, delicious, and featuring top-quality spirits, with a truly wide selection. The staff is super friendly and welcoming.

14/07/2026: One of the best pizzas in all of Tuscany, I swear. It doesn't beat the Campania pizza, but if I had to choose here, I'd choose this one without a second thought. The pizza is good, the tomato is sweet, the mozzarella is fragrant, and yet the dough gives it just the right amount of saltiness. The service is very quick compared to the average, and the atmosphere is very intimate and welcoming. GO THERE, GUARANTEE FROM A REAL PERSON.

13/07/2026: The price was fantastic, the food was good, but in my opinion the service was exceptional. The young man who served us, despite being very busy, was always attentive to everything that was going on around him, giving us the right amount of attention and giving us advice while he served us.

07/06/2026: We stopped at Lo Scudo planning to have a cocktail and maybe an appetizer before moving on. Instead, we ended up staying for dinner, and we are glad we did. The aged Bistecca alla Fiorentina was outstanding. Great flavor, perfectly prepared, and exactly what you hope for when ordering a steak in Florence. My wife prefers her steak a little more well done, and the kitchen was happy to prepare a few slices separately for her. That kind of flexibility and attention to detail goes a long way. The cheese plate and bread were excellent, some of the best we have had during our time in Italy. The isole e olena Chianti recommendation paired perfectly with the steak and was exactly what we were looking for. 3 boys we used as a snack. A big reason we stayed was Mateo. He was welcoming from the start, knew the menu inside and out, and made the whole experience feel relaxed and genuine. There was never any pressure, just good recommendations and great service. What started as a quick stop for a drink turned into one of our favorite meals in Florence. Great food, great wine, and a local atmosphere that felt authentic. We would absolutely come back and highly recommend Lo Scudo.

06/06/2026: I'm one of the few residents downtown. This restaurant evokes my grandmother's old cooking. I love lampredotto, lampredotto tortelli.

12/07/2026: Found it last night by chance because if you don't know it, it's a little off the main roads in the Renaggio area near Montecatini Terme. Excellent cuisine and food, like the owner who welcomes customers in an exceptional way. The staff live up to the family-run yet elegant place. I highly recommend it. Thanks for the lovely dinner!

27/07/2026: This place is wonderful!!! I stopped here for lunch between the Uffizi Museum and the Palazzo Vecchio, and I was very pleased!! I ordered pasta with wild boar ragù and wine, and I was delighted. The food, service, atmosphere, and, of course, the location are wonderful!!!
