16/10/2025: Great again this year. Perfect spaghetti carbonara and a great pizza. The pizza was very light and airy. Exactly my taste.

09/11/2025: We'd noticed it for a while, but due to circumstances beyond our control, we hadn't been yet. The service, the staff, and above all, the food and presentation were AMAZING. We'll definitely be back often to sample all the options, from appetizers and first and second courses, to typical Sicilian dishes and more.
31/10/2025: We had lunch on October 24th, returning from the annual Paratroopers Brigade Festival in Pisa. There were about thirty of us, obviously with reservations. Even though there were 4 or 5 more of us, there were no problems... Everything was perfect. Excellent food, excellent presentation, good wine, amazing desserts, and very helpful staff. We made a bit of a racket singing our songs, and the owner and staff accompanied us. It was a lunch and a day to remember.

10/12/2025: A table of 15 friends at the second 2:00 PM sitting and seated at 2:40 PM. To pass the time, they brought us appetizers of chicken liver and mushroom crostini (the latter with soaked bread), some cold cuts, and a few pieces of cheese, all accompanied by good wine and hot pizza bianca. Tortelli were practically empty of filling (perhaps they didn't have enough left) and topped with three types of ragù: duck, wild boar, and Tuscan ragù... practically all with the same identical flavor and quite savory... desserts, some improvised on the spot, and a zuppa inglese, worthy of note! The bill was high for what we ate. Too bad... I remembered it better...

Attention to detail and quality ingredients are what truly make the difference!
04/12/2025: We came on the recommendation of our Airbnb host and had a wonderful time. Jurgen was our server. The food was delicious, the service excellent, and the prices reasonable. We enjoyed it so much that we went back a second time. It was just as good.
We highly recommend it.

13/12/2025: This was our second time at this Peruvian restaurant. We tried papa a la huancaína, ceviche, sudado de pescado, and finished with a portion of picarones: everything was delicious. Authentic flavors, a welcoming atmosphere, and friendly service. Highly recommended!

27/11/2025: I went there two weeks ago with some friends, and I have to say I had a great time. The place is welcoming, the staff is both respectful and friendly, the portions are generous, and the prices are reasonable. The pork shank with potatoes is truly excellent, and paired with locally brewed craft beers, each bite is a truly delicious experience. All the ingredients are, of course, local. Atlantic Oil is a great pub where you can enjoy a great beer or sample typical and non-traditional Casentino dishes. You can also take your favorite beer with you, freshly tapped. Highly recommended!
