28/11/2024: VER-GO-GNO-SO! Ho chiamato alle 17.32 prenotando un tavolo per due. Mi è stato chiesto di prenotarlo per le 20.00 anziché le 19.30. La signora mi ha anche chiesto il nominativo. Ci siamo presentati alle 20.04 ma era tutto buio. Avvicinati alla porta era chiuso. Ho chiamato e mi hanno confermato di essere chiusi. Ho chiesto spiegazioni ma non ne ho avute. Questo il giorno martedì 26 novembre.

13/09/2024: The pizza is well cooked and well leavened, the ingredients are also tasty, but according to my taste I prefer chopped mozzarella rather than sliced.

12/09/2024: Visited on Sunday 8 September 24, in the garden walking with the little girl, beyond the cigarette butts (others' incivility), I noticed pieces of plastic, an FP2 mask (I presume from a few years ago...) and other various dirt. While regarding the topping of the pizza, I point out as per the photo already in the archive, that the "cooked ham" is cooked shoulder, the rest of the quality becomes of dubious quality. I hope that these observations of mine are intended to be constructive to give motivation to improve. See you soon

19/08/2024: 10 minute wait, Without a soul that deigned to reveal itself. Empty place, chef who pretended not to see us and the waitress who had the courage to say that they were full and we couldn't eat dinner. Terrible on all points of view including the insistence of parking

19/08/2024: Recommended by a friend, it was immediately an excellent experience, Michele and his staff proved to be friendly and helpful, finding us a free table despite the late opening hours on the day of the Palio. Very rich menu including land dishes, pizza and cuts of meat of different varieties, we started with a platter of typical products of unique goodness, first courses always very abundant in the dishes and to finish a perfectly cooked cut of beef, all accompanied by a house red wine. A round of applause to the head nurse and the staff including Michele for their availability and professionalism. Competitive prices for the quality of the food and the service, certainly not one of those restaurants "for tourists" but on the contrary a typical place where you can eat really well and receive professional service, we will certainly return.

18/12/2024: Last Saturday I went to this place to celebrate a birthday. The place is nice, but this time I didn't have a good experience regarding the service. There were several problems during the order because many products were not available, due to a very large event the day before. Some of us then decided to go for a pizza, but that too was not available as the pizza chef was injured. At this point we could choose between sandwiches or appetizers. They brought water bottles filled from, what I imagine is, a water purifier to the table. The water had white particles in it. We asked to change it and they very kindly replaced it, apologizing. However, I invite you to pay more attention to how the dishes are served, avoiding touching the food or the inside of the dishes too much. Plus I suggest finding a way to put a lock on the bathrooms since the women's door just closes. I think I'll give it a second chance because I didn't have a bad meal and I'm very curious to try the pizza. Hoping that the pizza chef recovers.

18/12/2024: I was at the wall a few evenings ago with some friends, and I found the menu unpresentable, difficult to read due to the amount of things piled up on it and not very clear in the description of the ingredients, but I admit that I perceived this lack of clarity probably precisely because of of chaos. I found the prices disproportionate for what the products are both in quantity and quality. The waiters and the service are unavailable and convey little desire to do anything due to the way they address themselves and their attitude. Every time I pass by the place the pizza chef is missing, I may be unlucky but that's how it is. The table near the entrance is subject to waves of ice every time someone opens the door and halfway through the evening we had to put our coats inside the place. To finish I ordered a chocolate cake, paid TOO MUCH! Arrived after a disproportionate time, tasteless and heated enough to make it dry. I asked for a bottle of water specifying small bottle and a glass bottle was filled in front of me from the tap which I later discovered cost €3... TOO MUCH!

08/12/2024: I'm sorry to give this review for the waiters who were really kind, but I have to say that the quality of the food is really poor, Eurospin stuff. Starters and first courses one worse than the other, plus overcooked and poorly seasoned pasta. I understand that people are now used to eating badly and are fine with everything, but for quality/price I really don't recommend it.

We took a cutting board, very abundant and excellent products, the crostoni tops Followed by pici with bread and ravioli with pistachio cream, a dream, my husband was not happy even sliced ​​with mushrooms...what can I say...everything was excellent! Kind staff, honest prices, .... shame on the lady sitting next to us, with a grim face!! But it has nothing to do with the place, which we recommend for quality and price!! I forgot, we were with our dog... welcome!

11/10/2024: We have been to Maria's very often over the last few years, the service, warmth and friendliness were excellent. Her husband also cooked very, very tasty food. We were always very pampered there. Now they are both in their well-deserved retirement and the son has taken over. Absolutely unfriendly service, no friendliness, no attention. 0 points for service and ambience! When we arrived we were told to choose a table. Since we were with a dog, I wanted a corner table. That didn't work, the waitress said with a roll of her eyes that this was a table for four. So we had to sit at a narrow table for two, even though only one other table for two was occupied at 8 p.m.! The appetizer was "decorated" with brown and wilted lettuce leaves. The plate is very bland. No cutlery was brought to the main course and we shrugged our shoulders after being told. Food was OK, no comparison to before. The plates were not cleared after eating because the waitress was busy cleaning the doors. Unfortunately, the restaurant has lost its beautiful ambience and has been filled with tables. Unfortunately it has become a tourist trap!
