Beautiful atmosphere, welcoming staff, and delicious pizzas. Even in the summer, it's cool because the air conditioning keeps the temperature comfortable in a lively atmosphere ideal for groups, friends, and couples. The crispiness of the grilled pizza adds an extra touch that makes it unique compared to the usual flaccid pizzas. The price is fair, under €20 per person. They also have a gluten-free round pizza, which is truly excellent and maintains the distinctive flavors of grilled pizza with a nice, crispy, and flavorful crust. I believe they source their crusts from a place that provides them with fresh crusts, thus guaranteeing zero cross-contamination (maintaining their crispiness, flavor, and variety of toppings). I am celiac and have never had any health problems in all the times I've eaten here. So, I recommend it to those with celiac disease and various intolerances. Finally, the wait is always short, and the waiters are friendly. A pleasant experience, recommended for everyone.

A unique pizza format. A wide variety of flavors.

Pizza to share. It tasted absolutely delicious and came from a wood-fired oven. The ambiance, especially the restroom, is very unique and makes the visit a truly special experience. The service is excellent and very friendly. A perfect start to our vacation!

The staff was incredibly slow; waiting 43 minutes for a pizza is outrageous, in my opinion, and we also had to wait a whopping 17 minutes before we could even order. The food was good, but nothing special enough to justify the wait. ...Please pay more attention to the smaller tables as well, and not just the larger ones. Thank you.

Apparently, it is one of the best pizza places in Livorno for eating pizza. We asked a few young locals where we could eat well, and every time, this restaurant was recommended to us. You can choose a 60x40 pizza for 4 to 5 people; you get 24 slices, and you can choose from 5 different pizza flavors depending on what you want to eat. If you want carpaccio on your pizza, for example, you pay a few extra euros depending on the ingredients, which is logical in itself. But you can certainly eat a 60x40 pizza with 5 people; I found the price reasonable and the portions very good. If you don't finish the pizzas 🍕, you can take the leftover pizza slices home in a pizza box, reheat them, and eat them again. A nice experience and a different concept than usual. It's great for chatting and eating pizza ;)

We ordered a meter of pizza (four flavors) and they were good and easy to digest. The appetizers were also good. The staff was friendly and fast. Prices were average.

Wow what a pizza it truly is amazing. They have the 2 phase backing and it pays off. You have a big selection of toping we went for the cured ham and the spicy pepperoni. We will for sure come back during our stay.

Everything was excellent, the only problem was that they took away the cherry tomatoes (the small ones, to be clear) while I was eating.

We went to Pulcinè – Pizza in Brace Gourmet in Livorno and had a truly wonderful time. The pizza is truly delicious, unique, and offers a wide variety of flavors to choose from. There were two of us, and we chose the option for four or five people, so we could try several different flavors. It was an excellent choice: we truly enjoyed everything; every flavor was delicious and well-balanced. The appetizers were also excellent: we had arancini and coccole, as you can see in the photo, and everything was truly delicious. The only small thing is that we would have liked to try even more flavors, instead of being a bit limited in choice. Other than that, a truly positive experience: excellent pizza, original menu, and a highly recommended place.
