It's my absolute favorite pizza....I've been going there for 20 years and recommending it for 20. The place is larger and more renovated than the previous one, and the food is divine. If you want Neapolitan pizza, this is the place. I recommend the Trianon pizza with raw buffalo mozzarella, and for dessert, the homemade sfogliatina. They're the best! Bravo Gianni & Company

Let's start with the assumption that we hadn't booked and there were three of us, at peak time, they found us a table. The wait, even though they had warned us it would be long, was surprisingly short. The pizzas were good, everything was excellently balanced. The dessert was average. I RECOMMEND GOING THERE.

We've been to Sipario for dinner a few times with friends, always for excellent pizza. The selection is very wide, and if you go beyond the standard options, the price goes up, but that's in proportion to the use of good, top-quality ingredients. Thin-crust, authentic pizza is available at no extra charge. We enjoyed both. The desserts were good, but there's room for improvement, especially considering the prices aren't cheap. The place is large and a bit noisy. Perhaps soundproofing panels are needed, as we've seen in similar places. We'll definitely return to try other dishes.
