The pizza and desserts were delicious, but the place had too many tables and we couldn't talk to each other without any separation.

We've been to Sipario for dinner a few times with friends, always for excellent pizza. The selection is very wide, and if you go beyond the standard options, the price goes up, but that's in proportion to the use of good, top-quality ingredients. Thin-crust, authentic pizza is available at no extra charge. We enjoyed both. The desserts were good, but there's room for improvement, especially considering the prices aren't cheap. The place is large and a bit noisy. Perhaps soundproofing panels are needed, as we've seen in similar places. We'll definitely return to try other dishes.

I'd like to give it 4.5 stars because it was one of the best pizzas I've eaten in the last 6 months. I was also really pleasantly impressed by the professionalism of the staff.

Very nice place, excellent service, fast and helpful, as long as the place was full. Unbelievably delicious pizzas with top-quality ingredients.

31/01/2026: Really good pizza. 😋😋 We also had the fried pizza 😋 for an appetizer and a fantastic baba 🤤 to finish the meal. I highly recommend it. As a Prato native, I have to admit I'd never been here, and I'm sorry. I'll definitely make up for lost time. Very informal atmosphere. The dining areas are separate from the main office. There's no cover charge because everything is disposable. Only two tips: make sure there's a supply of paper napkins in the dining areas and perhaps find a pre-heated area. Thanks, and see you next time, for sure!!
