17/07/2026: The two of us ate everything based on fish. The mixed seafood appetizer and the penne all'imperiale were very good. The wine recommended by the waiter was excellent. Even without a reservation, we only had to wait a few minutes for a table to be set. Highly recommended.

The staff is incredibly kind, friendly, and incredibly helpful, but special credit goes to the owner and her son for their wonderful hospitality. ​The dinner was exceptional, with truly excellent cuisine throughout. I highly recommend this place: one of the best dinners ever in terms of specialties and quality. Many compliments to the entire staff, well done!

25/06/2026: This is the first pizza that we ever had in Italy and was definitely the best pizza we ever had while we were in Italy. We even dare to try other places thinking well maybe all of the pizzas in Italy are like this, but none of them came close. Something about the dough that cheese, the egg cream, the prosciutto the arugula every single Reed was absolutely so fresh and so delicious. To top it all off, they hand you a pair of gold bonsai trimming scissors to cut your pizza to make the experience super fun and unique. Will definitely be coming back to Italy just to eat this freaking pizza! 🍕 🤤🇮🇹

I didn't like the pizza at all, it seemed fried, hard, and the flavor was so-so... even if it had cost €6, I wouldn't recommend it. Another negative is the atmosphere, you're in a parking lot... It's a shame, I expected better 😊

The pizza is Neapolitan-style, the service is very attentive, and the place is truly cozy: there's even a fireplace that makes the atmosphere very warm and pleasant. The desserts were delicious, too! If you're passing through, I highly recommend stopping here for dinner.

01/07/2026: After a previous unpleasant experience at another restaurant, coming to EDI House was a real treat. We ate truly wonderfully. The swordfish was exceptional, incredibly tender, and literally melted in your mouth. The cod prepared EDI House-style was also a pleasant discovery: flavorful, well-balanced, and cooked with great care. The dessert ended the dinner perfectly, truly delicious. But what makes this restaurant special isn't just the quality of the dishes. The staff was impeccable: kind, professional, and attentive to every detail, making us feel welcomed and pampered from start to finish. I'd especially like to thank a young man named PAL. You can sense their passion for their work and their attention to customer service, qualities that are increasingly rare and therefore even more appreciated. Compliments to all the staff. We will definitely be back and I recommend it without hesitation.
