15/12/2025: We had eaten here before and we eat well bit nothing special, this time they have change the atmosphere. Wine list super interesting. Small tapas plate to share well made less pizza to choose from but for the best in my opinion. Pizza thin and crunchy. All of that in great vibes with a family service super attentive and welcoming. Will go back for all of the above with a lot of enthusiasm.

It's a shame we didn't come sooner.

I'm a local and know the owner and his longtime employees well. I took an important client from Rapallo there for lunch (receipt no. 17 dated 11/14/2025, 2:21 PM).
When it came time to offer us a limoncello, the owner's wife rudely said she'd decide whether to offer it or not. What hospitality!
We left and I took my client to Bagno Fassoni, where they welcomed us like true gentlemen and offered us free limoncello.

07/11/2025: Ten out of ten. The pizza is thin and crispy, with a variety of flavors to choose from. I'll definitely be back; it's a place that feels warm even when it's cold outside. Plus, I love the concept of being able to see all the ingredients being cut and the pizza dough being made!

30/11/2025: The pizza was good, cooked very well. Being a four-cheese pizza, perhaps a little more flavor would have been nice, especially in the Zola. Overall, a good dinner. Excellent location, a quiet and less chaotic part of Florence with easy parking nearby. Fairly affordable. The atmosphere was peaceful, as we ate on the outdoor veranda. Excellent service, a pleasant evening.
18/10/2025: A historic, welcoming, and family-run pizzeria. Good food, reasonable prices, and friendly staff.

23/09/2025: Top-notch Italian dishes. Pasta is fantastic, and they also have premium pizza—but go for the fish dishes instead. They serve incredibly fast by German standards, so take your time with your meal. Local Italians come and go here. 😅

The food and quality are not the same as they used to be. The price is high. I will definitely not return. The lack of kindness and arrogance do not lead anywhere. To be avoided.

13/10/2025: It's not my first time here, but I remember they used to only have pizza, but now they have appetizers, first courses, and second courses. Thick pizza, excellent dough, and good. Prices are okay. The only disappointment was the roast beef, which was actually just roast beef. Otherwise, we had a great time.

04/12/2025: The pizza was really delicious. I don't think the place is particularly attractive; it feels like walking into someone's home...but that's just my personal preference. The last time I was there, there was a large table and it was so crowded we couldn't talk. The previous time, however, it was quieter.
