29/12/2025: In my opinion, the pizza is excellent. The dough is light and easy to digest. It's a must-try every time we pass through Abetone. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, the service is fast, and the prices are fair. I highly recommend it. We'll be back again and again. A big thumbs up.

28/12/2025: Rude and disorganized staff. They were rude, primarily because the restaurant was busy and while we waited for our table (10 minutes late, by the way), we found ourselves in the waitresses' path, having nowhere else to wait. Finally, they refused to let us each pay for ourselves, as is always the norm in any restaurant: they gave us a receipt and made us sit down to do the math ourselves. The situation was eventually resolved, and the food was good; it's a shame about the rudeness.

14/12/2025: I'll never go back after this thing that happened to me: one night I went to a classy dinner at this place, I ordered a simple four-cheese pizza, and I had to wait an hour for my pizza, even though it wasn't that crowded (so while I was waiting, everyone else had already finished eating). When the pizza finally arrived, I immediately noticed that there was a hair in my pizza; I told the waitress and she said they'd remake it right away (I even ordered a completely different pizza, so they wouldn't remove the hair and then give it back to me). The other pizza took strangely little to arrive, and in fact, it was still too raw, and I ended up feeling sick for the rest of the evening because it started to rise in my stomach (and it's been almost 7 years since I felt this sick, so imagine how bad it was). Finally, after all these things that happened, to "apologize," they gave me a discount of ONLY 1 EURO; And in total I spent 20 euros on: a drink, a pizza (disgusting), and a coffee. Avoid this restaurant, and your stomach will thank you.

29/09/2025: We went to this restaurant for pizza; there were eight of us. The pizza was also good. We arrived at 8:10 PM and ordered within 10 minutes. Our pizzas were brought just a few minutes later. They barely let us finish eating before they snatched our plates from under our noses. They asked if we wanted anything else. After we hesitated, they clearly told us they needed a table. In effect, they politely sent us away after only 45 minutes. If you decide to eat out, it's also to spend time together and chat. If you have multiple seatings, you need to make this clear when booking! Which didn't happen. A negative experience.

23/01/2026: The best pizza I've ever eaten. You can even choose the type of dough and how you want it to be cooked. There's a wide selection of pizzas, including vegetarian and vegan options. There's also a huge selection of drinks, and the dessert I had (warm apple pie with ice cream) was delicious. The staff was very friendly. All at a very competitive price. The space is small (which is a plus for me), comfortable, and cute. The seating is noteworthy (gorgeous red armchairs). I'll be back again.

31/01/2026: Really good pizza. 😋😋 We also had the fried pizza 😋 for an appetizer and a fantastic baba 🤤 to finish the meal. I highly recommend it. As a Prato native, I have to admit I'd never been here, and I'm sorry. I'll definitely make up for lost time. Very informal atmosphere. The dining areas are separate from the main office. There's no cover charge because everything is disposable. Only two tips: make sure there's a supply of paper napkins in the dining areas and perhaps find a pre-heated area. The food is also excellent, spectacular dishes, and great prices. Don't miss this trattoria, and definitely order the tortelli, they're wonderful 🤩
