22/06/2025: As people from the Marche region, we found ourselves by chance in this restaurant a few km from Civitavecchia. The cuisine was excellent; we ate a delicious grilled meat but looking around we saw many other dishes that we would surely have liked just as much, so much so that knowing that we will be passing through again next Saturday, we have already booked. Perhaps, to be picky, the red house wine was not exactly a... delight. The "cannolo scomposto" was very good.

22/05/2025: On the occasion of a reception invited as a guest, I had the opportunity to have lunch in this restaurant, excellent atmosphere as well as the cuisine, dishes with excellent portions and extremely welcoming and courteous staff.

10/05/2025: We chose this restaurant to share a special moment of good food, warmth and hospitality with a couple of friends, visiting from out of town. We were looking for a place that could tell the genuine soul of this land, and we found it. The atmosphere is enchanting: elegant but never distant, refined but familiar. You can breathe an air of home, of authentic conviviality, of those that warm the heart. The staff welcomed us with kindness and attention, accompanying us throughout the evening with an ever-present smile, never intrusive, always discreet. The menu is a declaration of love for the territory: very fresh ingredients, full flavours, recipes that speak of tradition but with a refined note of originality. Each dish was a small masterpiece, presented with care and designed to leave its mark. We ate very well, but above all we had a good time. In company, in harmony, with the feeling of having found a special place where time slows down and every detail counts. Thank you for making this evening so beautiful. We will be back soon, and with great pleasure.

30/05/2025: A hole that you wouldn't give two cents to and instead it is perhaps the best pizza al taglio I have ever eaten. Don't expect gourmet pizzas, they make simple things but done very well

11/05/2025: Pizzeria Quattro Stagioni – or, for those who know it well, “da Salvatore” – is undoubtedly one of the best sliced ​​pizzerias in Rome, especially for those who love the classic margherita, here really tasty and well balanced. The place is very simple and small in size: a few tables outside allow you to eat on site, but the layout remains mainly takeaway. Pay attention to the times: it is often necessary to wait a long time, especially in the evening, when the pizza is almost always all booked in advance. The quality of the pizza remains very high - 9 out of 10 - even if, compared to a few years ago, there is a slight decline. The fact that Salvatore, for reasons of age, is now present less frequently has probably had an impact. However, it remains an unmissable stop for those looking for a real Roman pizza by the slice, made with experience and passion.

26/06/2025: Good pizza, nothing to say, very disappointed however by the seafood salad, the choice of raw materials is wrong, because they use either cuttlefish which I recommend for quality and price or calamari but frozen squid rings to replace these two types of fish definitely not, it is not suitable I recommend you try it because you will feel that it tastes of nothing but tastes of water.

13/06/2025: Not far from the bus stop we had a table reserved for 21:30, but we arrived 20 minutes earlier and since there were free seats we sat down, but from the moment we entered the establishment to the time the dishes were served it took almost 50 minutes. This is probably a popular place, because almost all the tables were occupied. The dishes are delicious, and fresh, the pizza is very thin, crispy, lots of toppings, very tasty, I really liked it

02/06/2025: The food is ok, nothing special. The atmosphere leaves something to be desired. The location could use a renovation in 2010 for starters, they stayed in 1990. I originally wanted to eat there but it's not my style and I chose to eat takeout. Pinsa has some weird combinations, I didn't get what I ordered right. I also tried fried appetizers, but they were very mixed in oil. All in all, if you end up in the area it's safe to eat.

01/07/2025: We loved it so much we came back the next day for more. The burrata Margherita pizza cooked in the woodfire is exceptional. We tried different pasta dishes over our visits and they were all wonderful. Enrico was absolutely terrific looking after us. We highly recommend this place if eating in Rome and especially if visiting or staying around the Trevi.

22/06/2025: La nostra esperienza non è stata positiva. Siamo arrivati alle 20:15 e ci siamo alzati alle 22:30. Quando ci siamo seduti ci è stata portata l’acqua ma non i menu (li abbiamo dovuti chiedere quando abbiamo visto che non veniva nessuno) La carne presa per secondo è arrivata dopo sollecito alle 22 (abbiamo chiesto un piatto aggiuntivo per dividerla che non è mai arrivato). Conto 87€ per Carbonara al tartufo, Fettucine ai funghi porcini, 1 pizza, 2 contorni e mezzo litro di vino Consiglierei il posto per una pizza senza pretese ma non per chi cerca una buona trattoria
