We ordered a giant takeout pizza with three different flavors, and it was a pleasant surprise. The slices are a fantastic way to try multiple flavors in one pizza. The dough is tasty, light, and well-cooked, and the toppings are generous. Even though it was a takeout order, the pizza arrived perfectly cooked, and we found it truly delicious. My son and I, visiting this beautiful village in Bracciano, ate a truly excellent pizza... Well-topped, tasty, made with quality ingredients, and incredibly light thanks to the dough's long 72-hour leavening. The dough is then kneaded by hand, including the use of a rolling pin, which is an added bonus. The owners, Mario and Angela, are incredibly kind, down-to-earth, genuine, and approachable, just like their delicious pizza.
