I picked up a few slices to go for a quick snack on the go after visiting the city center. The owners were very kind, the pizza was delicious, light and well-seasoned, and the supplì were incredibly tasty! A very pleasant surprise.

My son and I, visiting this beautiful village in Bracciano, ate a truly excellent pizza... Well-topped, tasty, made with quality ingredients, and incredibly light thanks to the dough's long 72-hour leavening. The dough is then kneaded by hand, including the use of a rolling pin, which is an added bonus. The owners, Mario and Angela, are incredibly kind, down-to-earth, genuine, and approachable, just like their delicious pizza.

Kind and available to meet customer needs, delicious, very light pizza at reasonable prices, excellent supplì, absolutely worth trying.
