29/08/2024: An experience absolutely worth repeating, unforgettable! I came last night and it was a dinner with very high quality food, an intimate but at the same time familiar atmosphere, very attentive, friendly and kind staff, especially the owner who is a polite person like few others. I specify that we ordered everything gluten-free, among other things their gluten-free offer is vast and both the fried foods and the pizza are comparable, if not superior, to the normal gluten-free options found around. We took a "fina fina" croquette which was tasty and creamy inside and with a nice crunchy breading on the outside, then exquisite "bufalina" and "porcini speck and provola" pizzas which have the right mixture between crunchiness and softness. We also tasted some Nutella sweets that were out of this world... in short, a more than positive experience, I can't wait to go back!

29/08/2024: Probably if I were from Rome I would come every week to eat pizza here (but also the fried foods). Definitely the best restaurant I went to in Rome during my stay. The strong points are: quality, attention to gluten-free in every sense, more than honest prices, friendliness of the staff, location with attention to detail. No flaws at all, everything excellent! We will definitely be back

12/08/2024: Unfortunately the spell has been broken, the change of direction has deteriorated the place, making it just like any other Italian trattoria, and not even an excellent one. My heart aches when I think back to the old Dolce, a real shame.

21/08/2024: I ate very well. Welcoming and relaxed atmosphere, perfect both for an evening with friends and for a more intimate dinner. The menu offers a nice variety of dishes. The staff are polite and helpful, always friendly and never intrusive. I will definitely come back.

22/08/2024: Locale facilmente reperibile e poco distante dai parcheggi. La sala esterna da sulla strada, sala interna cacofonica ma climatizzata, bagno piccolo ma pulito e fornito. In tre abbiamo preso un antipasto di pesce, buono ma null'altro. Un risotto agli scampi, nella norma come quantità e sapore. Un bombolone (rigatoni allo scoglio con sugo di pomodoro molte cozze, 2 gamberi, 3 vongole e i scampo) gusto nella media. Spaghetti alle vongole nella media. Devo dire che la pubblicità sopravvaluta questa location che per rapporto qualità prezzo secondo me ha molti altri concorrenti al di sopra.

18/08/2024: Leggendo le recensioni positive di questo ristorante abbiamo pensato di fermarci a cena, essendo in una posizione centrale (attribuisco una stella solo per la posizione). Chiediamo al cameriere un mix di antipasti di pesce per due, in modo da poter assaggiare un po’ tutto, e il cameriere ci dice : vi porto un conchiglione. Invitante solo il nome: il cosiddetto conchiglione era un piatto già diviso in tre, dove in un triangolino c’erano due forchettate di insalata di mare, nel secondo triangolino una chela di granchio e un rettangolo di bruschetta al salmone, mentre nella parte lunga del piatto c’era un cocktail di gamberi (con una coda di gambero sommersa dalla maionese) e la parte forte…una ciotola di insalata di riso… senza parole!! Per secondo due fritture di pesce, morbide ma innacquate d’olio (sono stata male tutta la sera e il giorno dopo)! Mai più!!!!!!!!

18/08/2024: A pizza and spaghetti pomodore out of the blue. The place could be a lot improved but in terms of food we are in what we are looking for. A delicious and well-filled thin crust pizza. And spaghetti cooked to Italian perfection, perfectly seasoned. The price is unbeatable. We are far from the center of Rome but that was not the goal.

02/07/2024: 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐠 𝟓 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐬. The food here is outstanding. We started with the supplì and it came out fresh and extremely delicious. A great way to start our meal. I got the lasagne. Rich and somewhat sweet.the flavor was amongst the best I’ve tried in Italy. I highly recommend the Funghi & Salsiccia pizza - however you cannot go wrong with anything on their menu. Also, the white wine was incredible. Red wine was a standout at well.
