Simply fabulous. This isn't my first time dining at this excellent restaurant. There's nothing I can't try. Tonight I had strozzapreti alla calabrese, with 'nduja, eggplant, olives, and mozzarella (FABULOUS). The bruschetta and suppli with 'nduja were excellent. Not to mention the fried calamari (soft on the inside and crispy on the outside). The owner is incredibly kind and welcoming, along with all her staff. I ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND IT.

We're already familiar with this restaurant for its delicious food and gluten-free options. We often order takeout, but this evening we absolutely loved the freshly baked, crispy pizza, in addition to the usual flavor. The gluten-free supplì with anduja and zucchini flowers were fabulous; we even had to order a second! The Pizzo truffle, served with a drizzle of chocolate and chopped hazelnuts, was truly sublime.

I ate very well everything from the starter to the first course and the second course. It's a shame that it's very expensive compared to the average restaurant with the same quality of food.

11/08/2026: The pizza was excellent, crispy and tasty. I was surprised by the lightness of the dough. Another highlight were the paper napkins, comparable in durability and quality to cloth ones.
08/08/2026: A restaurant with unique flavors, the continuous search for ingredients and quality is their strong point, attention to detail and kindness distinguishes them, the wood-fired pizza with refined and selected ingredients is truly delicious.

13/08/2026: I ordered the multigrain pizza with eggplant and it was delicious. Crispy and thin, made just right. The regular pizza was thicker and softer. Not good in my opinion. But the multigrain eggplant pizza was truly excellent!
