19/07/2025: I really like this place. It's cute, clean, and the staff is really knowledgeable and friendly. The products are excellent: very good coffee, which is essential for me. For breakfast, they have plant-based alternatives to milk and the usual soy milk (coconut and oat, for example). I rarely find them, and I really appreciate them. The muffin made with croissant dough, filled with ricotta and black cherries, is delicious. Since the place is just steps from the office, I also had the opportunity to try the savory option for lunch. It was good, too! I'll have to try the aperitif, too. I absolutely recommend it.

09/08/2025: We stumbled upon this restaurant by chance. Everything was excellent. The staff were so friendly, you felt pampered, and the food was divine for a reasonable price.

13/08/2025: A homey restaurant in a popular neighborhood, with a simple, uncomplicated menu, which is definitely a plus. The atmosphere is welcoming, although the tables are perhaps a bit haphazard (waiters were forced to double-cross tables with plates in hand, and customers had to walk across the entire dining room to get out for a cigarette). The wood-fired oven is always a guarantee, with well-made pizzas and good-quality meat. The staff is young and quick, especially the waiter who looked after our table (Daniele), who is always attentive to the guests' needs with skill and professionalism, even remembering the table numbers by heart. But why don't you just number them like everyone else does? Service would be faster, and it would also make things easier for the young staff wandering around the dining room with their plates in hand. In any case, it's a place suitable for everyone: families, couples, etc. I recommend it.

19/08/2025: Very helpful staff. We were treated to two delicious vegan pizzas (bringing our own sealed vegan mozzarella from home). The pizza chef had no problem accommodating our request. Prices are a little higher than average, but it's worth it, even if it made our stomachs a little upset.

18/08/2025: We visited this pizzeria for a family dinner with our children and a friend with her three-year-old. It was a bit rainy, but the staff was immediately helpful and friendly, quickly finding us a table sheltered from the rain—an attention we greatly appreciated. We ordered two Margherita pizzas, a Margherita with buffalo mozzarella, a Napoli with capers and anchovies, a Capricciosa, and, towards the end of the meal, a four-cheese pizza to take home. All the pizzas were well-cooked and authentic, with a soft, digestible dough that truly evokes Neapolitan style. The ambiance is simple yet distinctive: numerous coffee pots of various sizes serve as original ashtrays, a curious detail that gives the place its character. The only slightly less convenient aspect: the bathroom is near the kitchen, and if it's busy, you'll inevitably find yourself in the way of waiters, risking getting in the way of the staff. Nothing major, but worth mentioning. Overall, it was a positive experience: good pizzas, friendly staff, and a genuine atmosphere. A place I'd recommend for an evening with friends or family.

29/07/2025: Clean, tidy trattoria serving traditional Roman dishes. Excellent gnocchi with involtini sauce, tonnarelli cacio e pepe, and a good lasagna. The involtini are also good, as is the eggplant parmigiana, and the rabbit cacciatore. The baked potatoes are delicious. The desserts are delicious: ricotta and pear tart, crema catalana, and berry tart. First course, second course, side dish, and dessert are €32. Excellent service.

31/08/2025: Spectacular. Everything was delicious. I was served by our waitress, Simona, who was very informative about the menu and very friendly.

30/08/2025: My wife and I stayed at the Best Western because we had an early flight from Fiumicino the next morning. We had dinner at the Concorde restaurant (the hotel restaurant) and found it to be a welcoming atmosphere with very attentive and professional staff, especially Mrs. Simona. The traditional Roman dishes were well-prepared and the ingredients were of good quality. Finally, the desserts they prepared were delicious, especially the tiramisu, which I highly recommend. It was a positive experience for the restaurant.

03/08/2025: Terrible service, during my stay in Rome we wanted to have dinner there and from the entrance no one came over to offer us a table, once we got in and a waiter already gave us a table it took 40 minutes to pay attention to us, I asked a waiter if he would take my check and very rudely he told me that the tables were not his and left, after that my husband and I decided to get up and leave the place since 40 minutes to take an order I don't want to imagine how long it would have taken to serve us, I would never go there again and I would not recommend it at all, fortunately after that bad experience the Osteria around the corner Salvatore served us perfectly well in terms of service and food.

12/08/2025: Food - Absolutely fantastic, the pizza was fresh and packed full of flavour. Breschetta was also delicious with fresh tomatoes and herbs. We stopped here for a late lunch and only got a bit of food. Service - Overall the service was just okay. It took forever to get the bill because the server was busy talking with a friend. There was a few times we though they forgot about us. This could have been due to the time we visited as it was a really late lunch. Atmosphere - We sat on the Patio and it was nice even though it was so hot. They have fans under their canapy that helps move the air around so it was quite nice. Overall we really enjoyed our meal here and our drinks but the service could have been a bit better but I would still reccomend this restaurant to anyone in the area.

18/08/2025: The place is nice but I thought the prices for a beach umbrella and 2 sunbeds on Saturdays were a bit too high. 45 euros is a lot for a day.

11/08/2025: We've been frequenting Freedom for perhaps a decade now. Very fair prices, a good range of services, and the seafood restaurant's menu is more than decent. I recommend the spaghetti with clams and chopped pistachios. It's definitely "our" beach.

29/06/2025: Fantastic authentic pizzeria outside the center, stayed here nearby and found this a suitable location for our last dinner in Rome. After eating in the city center 3 times we found out that here is the best pizza outside the center! What a delicious pizza, tiramisu and fried dishes. Super enjoyed!! Recommended to everyone.

05/08/2025: I didn't get to eat the pizza because the wait was really long. At a certain point, I paid for what we had consumed and left. I think there were some problems, it can happen. The staff was kind and helpful.

15/08/2025: We've been coming to La Saliera with friends and family for ages, and I can say without a doubt that they're the best in Rome. We've celebrated everything at this restaurant: first communions, confirmations, birthdays, and many other important occasions. Every time, it's been a perfect experience: always fresh and carefully prepared dishes, authentic flavors, and a welcoming atmosphere. The staff is a guarantee: professional, kind, and always attentive to every need. The prices are definitely excellent, especially considering it's a high-end restaurant. If you're looking for quality, friendliness, and a place where you can feel at home while still eating like a Michelin-starred restaurant... try La Saliera, you won't regret it!

21/07/2025: Ho scoperto questo posto tramite amici , già dalla prima volta , ho avuto la sensazione di stare in un posto famigliare , camerieri simpatici e devo dire molto professionali e attenti , avendo avuto un ristorante credetemi non è affatto scontato , ma la vera sorpresa è stata la qualità del cibo , tutto veramente ottimo e per questo motivo ho iniziato a portare amici e parenti , Luca lo chef un vero professionista, ormai tappa fissa in questo posto.

07/07/2025: Beautiful place, large parking lot. Friendly and fast staff. Good prices and tasty food. Also valid as a pizzeria.
