11/06/2025: High quality restaurant both in the preparation of the dishes (very good first and second courses) and in the refined design of the restaurant. Excellent wine cellar. Service a little slow, the owner was the only one serving in the room (4 tables occupied) and naturally also managed the reception and payment. I don't know if there is usually someone to help her, but I hope so because waiting almost 40 minutes for desserts, at the end of the evening, is a little excessive. The desserts can be improved (strudel with incandescent and cloying chocolate, too bad). I would go back.

19/08/2025: We had a fantastic week's holiday in Piedmont! We enjoyed a charming hotel with great hospitality from the owners. The breakfast each morning was especially excellent! We had two delicious meals in the restaurant, accompanied by some lovely Piedmont wines. In short: highly recommended! 👌😎

27/07/2025: The ramen is excellent, as at all their stores. But I particularly want to compliment the service here, as we came in soaking wet on a Thursday, and the girl immediately put us at ease, joking around and providing excellent service.

20/08/2025: A very nice hotel surrounded by greenery, but I think it's a shame that some things aren't fully utilized given the potential and marketing on the website. For example, breakfast is sparse Monday to Wednesday because the restaurant doesn't open until Thursday. Therefore, there are only limited dining options, and you have to eat out in the evenings during the week until Thursday. The pool facilities and spa are very nice, and the rooms have more potential. We booked a suite, which was obviously formerly two rooms, and the bathroom off the bedroom was completely wheelchair accessible, which meant that the toilet took some getting used to (it was very high), and the shower had no curtain, which meant the entire bathroom got wet. Otherwise, the staff was super friendly and the complex was very relaxing!

23/08/2025: For me, Pizzeria Churrasco isn't just a place, it's a second home. Gianfranco and Alina are like family: welcoming, genuine, and always smiling. Delicious pizza, spectacular meat, and an atmosphere that makes you feel truly at home. It's always a pleasure to go there!

16/08/2025: I recently visited your restaurant with my two children. I was pleasantly surprised by the food, which was excellent, as was the service. The waitresses were very knowledgeable and, above all, very kind. However, I'm forced to give it only one star because our overall experience was marred by the owner's rudeness, who repeatedly treated the staff rudely. We even heard him repeatedly swearing from the kitchen, which is truly unacceptable in a place frequented by children.

The staff is kind, attentive and manages to put you at ease with a natural friendliness that is truly pleasing. And then, the food... a symphony of flavors! The aubergine and goat cheese tart is a hymn to delicacy and taste, a creation that manages to surprise the palate with every bite. The price is absolutely adequate for the quality of the experience. A restaurant that you will gladly return to and that I recommend without hesitation!

26/08/2025: My wife and I chose the tasting menu with a choice of starters and main courses. We enjoyed everything, especially the rabaton and roast beef. The only downside was the air conditioning, which was quite annoying at some tables. We arrived early to an empty room, so they were kind enough to recommend a shaded table. Highly recommended.

24/06/2025: Location used by my wife and I for the aperitif and dinner for our wedding. Enchanting place, intimate but at the same time suitable for hosting a considerable number of people. In the location you can appreciate quiet corners without moving too far from the party in progress. Excellent aperitif with excellent quality of food, as well as the dinner that was served to us. To increase the quality of the service, the staff in my opinion impeccable, with the manager Elisa who during our event was able to deal with very complicated situations due to the weather without ever losing her kindness (it is precisely in moments of difficulty that you can see the professionalism of the staff and those who manage it). Our wedding was dynamic and fun thanks to all these unexpected factors that, having been managed impeccably, did not create problems for anyone. The swimming pool left available for those spending the night in the structure is also beautiful. Everything is fantastic!!

I won't go on, I just want to express my utmost satisfaction, aperitif, dinner, after dinner, everything organized impeccably, top service, excellent cuisine, well-kept location. Recommended!

03/09/2025: We had lunch at Trattoria Del Bollito today and it was amazing. It has been one of best meals that we have had during our trip to Italy. We both had the Fettuccine with sausage and porcini mushrooms…yum! We were impressed that the entire skillet of pasta was brought to the table. It was great because the pasta stayed hot. Wine was delicious too! Service was great, very helpful, friendly and spoke English. Love the atmosphere and layout of the dining room with wine bottles displayed throughout. Highly recommend!!
