The attention to seasonality of the ingredients is important, especially here in the Valley, where you can buy delicious products. The service is always friendly and attentive. They're very kind and patient with the kids. See you soon!

A welcome surprise for some unsuspecting tourists, especially after the unfortunate experience in Florence. The stay in San Germano and this dinner make a return visit inevitable.
