21/11/2025: Inedible!!! It definitely went bad, very sour.!!! It was supposed to be yogurt with Nutella and Smarties, terrible, I had to throw it away immediately, and the "Nutella" tastes like liquor, it's not normal!!! Something like that shouldn't be sold, it's poison!!!

28/06/2025: Scandalous and senseless treatment. I am passing through Novara, I go in and ask for frozen yogurt and the person serving me looks at me with disdain and asks me which one. I ask which cups there are, he points them out to me and I choose the two euro one. When I ask what fruit to put in it, he replies that it is enough to read and that my behavior is exaggerated. I make too many requests. Exaggerated because I ask for information on what to put on yogurt in a place I have never been to and that I do not know?!! I left shocked without buying, obviously.

07/12/2025: Good morning, today I went to the establishment using MC Drive-Thru access, and placed my order without any problems. When I paid for the receipt, I noticed that some changes hadn't been made that were reported on other sandwiches. I asked about this to avoid any problems with the order. They held onto the receipt and returned with everything once the order was ready. Once I got home (I assumed the order was correct given the notification), I noticed an entire "Happy Meel" product was missing, which can sometimes happen, and I understand the mistake. I decided to leave a review using the appropriate code/QR code under the receipt to report this inefficiency, and surprise, surprise... I was told that a review had already been submitted with that code!! How surreal and shameful that I felt compelled to review it, at least here where I'm still allowed, without the employees doing so... if they'd wasted less time on the stolen review, perhaps focused on their work, this wouldn't have happened. SHAME!!

05/10/2025: Right in the center of Acqui, just a few meters from the fountains, this poke place offers excellent quality and moderate prices. The staff are friendly, the selection is good, and orders are quick.

27/08/2025: A good place for a quick lunch. The kitchen is open and everything always seems clean and tidy, as do the ingredients. The music is awful (but that's my personal opinion) and the portions aren't generous for the price (€15 for a small poke with water).

11/11/2025: The staff were unpleasant from the moment you walked in the door; so much so that when I entered and realized I didn't understand the language, they wouldn't even look me in the face to serve me, so I left without ordering anything.

15/09/2025: Simply the best refuge in the area! Run by true mountain people, passionate about their land. The culinary offerings are delicious and varied, with the tarte tatin a standout dessert! The interiors are mountain lodge-style, welcoming and rustic, while the sunny outdoor terrace features tasteful and stylish areas (always rustic mountain style). Highly recommended!

08/02/2025: A place that stands out among the many crowded places, first for its spaciousness inside and out, second for its aesthetics. All glass-enclosed so you can enjoy the view of Lake Viverone 🏞 We arrived shortly after lunchtime, around 2:00 PM, and we looked at the menu 📓, which contained some delicacies and, I must say, fairly reasonable prices. First small problem... the wait! It wasn't very long, but after waiting 25-30 minutes just to be seated, we noticed that just before inviting us to sit, they had let a couple pass in front of us (those who had been waiting in line for a few minutes)... but mistakes can happen; the important thing is to be seated and start eating. We order a Roast Beef 🥩 with arugula and cherry tomatoes for around €9.50, an octopus 🐙 with potatoes for €10, and a "pinsa" 🍕 with Bresaola and Parmesan shavings 🧀. At which point the girl who was taking orders in the OUTDOOR area (VERY KIND AND SUPER HELPFUL) advises that the octopus is finished, then corrects herself and says that perhaps there is some left (but she needs to confirm with the kitchen). The moral of the story is that we wait for the dishes to arrive and, in addition to discovering that neither oil nor salt had been added throughout the entire table service, we send the octopus 🐙 back because all that arrives is a plate full of potatoes🥔 with 3-4 small pieces of octopus. Rightly, seeing dishes at the tables closest to us, we didn't intend to remain silent and not point this out... Instead of this last dish, we ordered a Valdostana pinsa, which arrived at our table in no time. Here, I'd like to point out the quality of the focaccia, or rather "pinsa," in favor of the restaurant. It wasn't "00" flour, but rather semolina or buckwheat. Regardless, it was very, very good 💯 We continued our lunch. I abstained from dessert, but we requested a cone 🍦 to go. I can confirm that I kept seeing many beautiful and inviting ice cream cups 🍨 pass before our eyes. The size of the cones was very finicky, and the quality of the restrooms was decent (considering the packed house). I think 4 ⭐️ stars are more than deserved. A bit of confusion among the girls in the dining room and at the counter, a SPECTACULAR wine cellar 🍷 where I posted the photo. Will I go back? I'm sure it's with friends or a group. 😉

20/01/2025: A very modern venue with large and beautiful windows overlooking the lake, a wide choice of drinks and an excellent homemade cream, friendly service but without any particular suggestions.

02/04/2025: A run-down hotel stuck in the 1970s, it's in a good location and very quiet! Large rooms, a little cold, but very clean! Very friendly and helpful staff, and the restaurant is also good. Excellent price.

26/11/2025: Very sad. I ordered salmon nigiri, and there was very little salmon. After the third bite, I refused to eat. Cold.

07/09/2025: Ordinato cibo cinese, tutto molto buono. Consegna un po' in ritardo rispetto all'orario indicato, ma nel complesso nessun problema.

12/12/2025: We found it by chance while looking for a place to eat at 2 PM. It surprised us with an excellent, large, crispy sandwich with a great combination of cheese and porchetta. The service was quick, friendly, and more than reasonably priced.

24/10/2025: Dropped by for breakfast. Well...I challenge any barista or pastry chef to make such a wonderful cappuccino. Friendly atmosphere, excellent food... Silvana...a definite added value for this welcoming place. My applause 🌹

30/11/2025: The owner was grumpy, rude, and unhelpful. I wouldn't go back even if it were the only place open for miles. He was terrible at answering simple questions and seemed annoyed by the presence of non-regular customers. A terrible experience.

29/07/2025: Dinner on a Monday evening, not very pleasant for the welcome, the smile of the waitress and the manager were non-existent, we felt very clearly that our presence was in the way because no one else was dining and everyone was waiting for us to leave to close the door once we had crossed the threshold. 29/06/2025: I didn't use the bedrooms, but I tried their restaurant. The place is beautiful, I felt a freshness, but always with a lot of warmth. The service could be faster, but still it was quite welcoming. The food, delicious. I also highly recommend it to those who like a mountain environment and cheese delights.
