18/10/2025: We were guests at a friends' wedding. The location was beautiful and the food was carefully prepared and truly delicious.

11/10/2025: I'll start by saying that I've always ordered takeout, and I've always been happy with both the delivery service and the pizzas. Nothing more to add. I recommend it.

27/08/2025: Hopeless. After eating there last year with terrible service (a ridiculous amount of time for a pizza, a hair on the pizza, OPEN fries, wrong orders), we decided to give this pizzeria a second chance. And no, wrong orders, food brought together, both appetizers and pizza, olives on a child's pizza WITH STONES. Maybe let them know, since it's a baby pizza?! Finally, they charge an extra cover charge on the bill, but then they round up the bill! Next time they mention this pizzeria, I'll run away.

24/06/2025: This morning I walked into the bar talking on the phone, but I still had the courtesy to say hello and good morning. No response, just a distant and annoyed look from the person at the counter (who I assume was the owner). I waited in silence for her to be free, then I politely asked her if I could have a cappuccino. Again, no verbal response, just another long and annoyed look. She left without saying anything, came back and made me a cappuccino. When, once served, I asked her if I could pay, she continued with the same grumpy and silent attitude. She typed the amount at the cash register, without saying hello or thanking me, despite my thanks. Honestly, I believe that working in contact with the public requires at least the minimum of courtesy and respect for customers, regardless of personal mood or day. An attitude like that not only ruins the customer experience, but is the best way to lose customers. I certainly will not be returning. I think it is right to report situations like this, because good manners and respect should never be optional.

14/10/2025: For lunch at Lavoro, excellent! Super kind waitress.

25/09/2025: We ate at the trattoria, but we didn't stay at the hotel. The staff was very kind, serving us even after 1:30 PM when other places were already closed. The food was good and reasonably priced. The house wine was good. Parking available.

16/08/2025: Guys, this is an old-school trattoria. The owners are kind but have been working hard for too long. It's a place from the '80s, but it does its job. The food is plentiful and really good. Lunch feels like you're at Grandma's.

10/12/2025: Unfortunately, the experience was terrible. We ordered a Happy Meal and two macchiatos. After a good half hour, nothing arrived, so I went to the counter to ask for an explanation, and as if nothing had happened, they simply told me they'd missed my order. Not at all sorry, they prepared everything for me, even though it was incredibly slow. The fries were raw and cold. I took them back, and they re-served them for me, but the coffees were awful. I'm sorry, but either you completely change your tune, or you'll lose a lot of customers if you continue like this.

07/12/2025: Lots of people, full environment, adequate service

11/12/2025: We stopped for lunch, having booked well in advance. We ordered charcuterie boards, and they were awful: thickly sliced, tough, and "thrown" on the board, so the presentation also left much to be desired. The stew was dry, and the polenta was good, especially since the main courses were ALL polenta-based. Let's just say there are definitely better places to eat.

04/12/2025: The polenta was excellent and the tiramisu was superb.

26/07/2025: I'm changing my review, I've seen a lot of changes from honest prices to the right ingredients, I'm happy because as far as meat is concerned it's the best kebab shop in Vercelli

19/07/2025: I had the steak. Not recommended. It was not cooked properly. I sent it back to the kitchen, still bad.The texture was very chewy, unable to use the steak knife !! I brought this matter to the owner attention. Nothing was done .
