05/11/2025: A truly perfect experience! About a week before our stay, they notified us via WhatsApp that the indoor pool would be undergoing maintenance, but upon our arrival, they were super kind and offered us a free upgrade to a suite with an in-room jacuzzi. We then tried the sensory experience with Luigi, which was truly fantastic: from the spa to the Turkish bath, to the stone walk and the bell ringing experience, everything was meticulously planned. This part also deserves a 10 out of 10. We also had a couples massage with Barbara and Giovanni, both super professional and attentive, a relaxing and top-notch experience. The service outside the spa was impeccable, too: we forgot our slippers and they provided them for free, and they offered us a flute of wine with appetizers as an aperitif, a truly appreciated gesture. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always available. Highly recommended, 10 out of 10!

02/11/2025: The castle's exterior is visually stunning; at night, the lighting is elegant and dramatic. The welcome was warm, and the staff were helpful and friendly. The castle interior didn't convince me; I expected a more sophisticated spa area, with the scents and sensations that typically characterize this area. The pool was under renovation, so we weren't able to use it. The room was spacious with modern furnishings and a high ceiling. The walls could use a fresh coat of paint because of the stains. It's unpleasant to see dirty curtains. There's no Smart TV with Netflix and other apps. This 4-star property needs some rethinking.

15/09/2025: Sunday lunch, the day's special was lasagna, "reheated" and served cold. I asked to reheat it again, but it was still barely warm, and the flavor was nonexistent. My husband's portion of tagliolini was a child's size. It's a shame, because I'd been there before and insisted on going back.

20/11/2025: We went on two Sundays and had a great time. The restaurant is old-fashioned, the food good and plentiful. The service is excellent, and the waitresses and the owner are very kind and helpful. They even made gluten-free pasta for my celiac child, which was greatly appreciated. We'll be back!

16/11/2025: We moved to Borgone di Susa a few days ago, today we were looking for a restaurant where we could have lunch.....there are no words to describe how good the food was and how plentiful it was, the staff was very friendly and fast....we will definitely be back

25/07/2025: Durante la cata de vinos nos detuvimos en este ristorante en Barbaresco para almorzar. IT es un hermoso restaurante con una gran vista del campo. Hay una terraza para comer cuando hace buen tiempo. El servicio fue genial. La comida era buena y a precios razonables.

25/11/2025: Excellent quality food. They have the usual takeout options, but the presentation and preparation are excellent. The staff is always very friendly. The atmosphere is reminiscent of a 1980s diner, but it's functional, so overall, it's a place worth considering. I've been coming here for years and I'm not disappointed.

01/09/2025: Good hotel, the location is great, close to the center walking and to the metro and tranvía. The rooms are small, and the wifi is not good in the rooms. The breakfast is really nice, 10 euros.

26/11/2025: Terrible. I wonder how it's possible to make tasteless, rubbery pizzas with crusts that are 3/4 of the pizza. Not to mention the desserts; I had a Tarte Tatin that tasted like it was boiled. It is, or rather, it should be, a restaurant where customers go to eat hoping to leave with a good memory... believe me, none of that. First and last time. Not recommended.

18/11/2025: I waited and waited but no food for me when my friends all finished their lunch. It turned out They gave my food to someone else ! They didn’t even notice that my table is empty. I had to ask them where my food is. They took it from another table and put it in front of me. It was already half eaten. I can’t believe it! What kind of restaurant would do it!

07/11/2025: Great products, excellent service. They have innovative ideas and implement them with great skill. I recently bought a birthday cake and I think it's the best I've tasted lately. Small sweets to please children. Pretzels made to order Parking without costs. Accessibility for disabled people.
