11/10/2025: Excellent self-service restaurant! If you work in Biella, it's a must! I'll definitely be back. The menu always changes seasonally. It's always crowded! You have to get there a little early sometimes to avoid long lines!

16/10/2025: A birthday gift from my girlfriend; we used the hot tub (38°C hydromassage) heated by a quality wood fire outdoors. It was very relaxing, with an interesting temperature difference from 4°C outside to 38°C in the water. As you step out of the water, you feel a significant regeneration, and as you step back in, your muscles loosen. The occasional smell of burning wood is also delicious; very soothing. Hygiene, privacy, and service were excellent. The wine and quality cutting board were served on a wooden board. Highly recommended as a gift or simply for an hour of relaxation. 1 hour €109 including a half-meter cutting board and glass. If you want a bottle and a 1-meter cutting board, it's €20 more.

16/10/2025: I stayed at the Pragelato apartments managed by this property. What can I say? Everything was perfect, clean, and in working order—perfect for those who want to experience the village and unwind. Comfortable beds, a magnificent terrace, equipped with pots, pans, plates, glasses, and a coffee maker. The only downside is that there's a very steep staircase to access the apartment, definitely not accessible to those with mobility issues. We're already thinking about returning soon for another trip. Claudia

15/02/2026: I don't know much about pastries, but the coffee shop is terrible: I'm not familiar with cappuccino and marocchino. The croissants are ridiculously large. The prices are completely out of line: marocchino + croissant €4.80.

I must say that Marina and I are a couple who love to savor the specialties of the places we visit, both in Italy and abroad...like the unique patisseries across the border. Manuela and Giancarlo infuse the experience and love they've acquired over the years into their service and delicate production. Today, thanks to the kindness of Tiziano and Mirco, we selected a tasting of delicacies that allowed us to savor the perfect combination of ingredients and their quality. A special mention also goes to the Cappuccino with Coconut Milk and Cocoa. Value and price are always in line: everything that is precious and touches our soul, even in the form of sweet treats, deserves its worth! Congratulations, and see you soon!

05/03/2026: Old-fashioned place, very stingy with portions, I asked for a simple spritz, I got a half-empty glass, it only tasted like water, they don't know how to make cocktails or even platters. It's a bar that should close. I'd give it ZERO STARS

The place is charming, welcoming, and meticulously crafted: you immediately feel a familiar yet refined atmosphere. The food is incredibly fresh and high-quality, with a perfect menu from appetizer to dessert. You can clearly sense the passion in selecting the ingredients and preparing the dishes. Special praise goes to the owner: in addition to being extremely professional, she is friendly, knowledgeable, and truly makes every guest feel welcome. A perfect evening in every way.
