14/12/2025: There is always a first time. This was ours: leaving a restaurant before ordering. Upon arrival, I asked if there was a table for two. The person in charge said it was full inside and vaguely suggested we go “outside,” despite the temperature being around 1°C and no visible guests there. His attitude was openly annoyed, his explanations mumbled and unclear—surprising, given that I speak Italian at a C1–C2 level. Only after being sent out did it become apparent that “outside” referred to a covered and heated structure to the side—something that could have been explained in one sentence or shown in ten seconds. We attempted to sit at a table for two, only to find both chairs covered in bird droppings. A nearby table was slightly less dirty, so we moved there. While looking for tissues to clean the chairs ourselves, the person in charge returned, curtly told us we couldn’t sit there, and walked away. No explanation. No alternative. No courtesy. At that point, we decided to leave. If the food reflects the same standards as the service and hygiene, skipping the meal felt like the right choice.

08/01/2026: The restaurant overlooks the beautiful Piazza Maggiore and has outdoor seating. It's perfect for a relaxing break with delicious ice cream.

26/02/2026: Today I went to the bar and asked for a frothy cappuccino. The barista Tony asked me frothy or creamy? Because there is a difference... After a quick explanation, he made me a creamy cappuccino... what can I say, excellent, a real milk cream... with a final drawing, I recommend the barista TONY

07/03/2026: Wonderful experience, quality staff, excellent food and large quantities. The dishes are refined and the pasta is homemade! Highly recommended! Order the tagliolini with apples and shrimp.

08/09/2025: Nice place, friendly and helpful staff. I gave the pizza three stars because it had too much mozzarella and was a bit heavy. The flavor was good, and the desserts were beautiful and presented in a five-star way! It's a shame they're a little too sweet, but that can be fixed! We'll definitely be back to try something else.

15/11/2025: This is my first time ordering pizza here, and I can honestly say I've had the absolute best pizza in Giaveno and the surrounding area! It's a Saturday night, and the service and delivery were on time. The dough is excellent, and the ingredients are top-quality! We're so happy it'll become our new go-to takeout place! Great job, top 💯💯💯💯

24/02/2026: We sat at the caffe. Once the waitrees (maybe she is the owner's wife) understood where we are from she statrted cursing, hitting the table, rabbing her face on our celulars (!). We tried to talk and calm her down then tried to ignore but nothing worked. So we had to leave. I told the owner what happened but he did not apologize nor offered any solution or refund.
