13/05/2025: I ordered this wedding cake for my wedding and once again, they satisfied all my requests, the cake was beautiful, fresh and delicate, all the guests complimented me and asked for more and the price was very fair. Thanks again and highly recommended!

11/05/2025: La peggior torta che io abbia mangiato in tutta la mia vita. Chiesta una torta per la festa della mamma, con base alcoolica, con crema di pistacchio all'interno, panna al pistacchio come top e granella di pistacchio per decorare il bordo. Mi sono ritrovata una torta asciutta, senza strato interno di crema al pistacchio, assolutamente priva di sapore alcoolico e, con al bordo, una granella di zucchero verde. Ho fatto una figura pessima con mia madre e non raccomando a nessuno questo tipo di pasticceria. La torta non sapeva di niente, che imbarazzo! Un vero peccato che la tradizione dolciaria italiana, volta alla ricerca del sapore e della particolarità del gusto, vada sprecata così: un aspetto gradevole non è sinonimo di bontà. Davvero un'abominevole esperienza.

21/09/2025: I had dinner last night with some friends, for the first time at Polipazzo! I've known Gianni's sister since she ran La Selva restaurant in Vistrorio (the food was excellent), and last night I also met Gianni. I have to say, the food is divine. The staff is very friendly and efficient, nothing more to add! Gorgeous place, delicious food, incredibly fresh fish! We had the mixed antipasti (I don't remember what they're called on the menu), and then I had the grilled sea bass! Oh my, how delicious, and what a generous portion!! Congratulations to Gianni and the entire staff! We will definitely be back with great pleasure!

02/06/2025: Table of 12 people, aperitif. Small glass of spritz with 3 plates of appetizers. Unfortunately in the plates 1 piece per diner was not calculated...someone ate very little... Nice outdoor table. Friendly staff.

28/09/2025: A traditional restaurant, excellent food, and wonderful service. The owners are extremely attentive and friendly, and the service is old-fashioned and rare nowadays. The food is excellent, homemade, and the ingredients are of the highest quality. It was a pleasant discovery, and we'll definitely be back!

18/09/2025: We went for dinner; the atmosphere is very nice, osteria-style (as the name suggests). The food is good and simple. Their signature dish is grilled meat, even if you're forced to order a cut of at least 0.5kg. The service, in my opinion, needs to change, as there's no menu to see and choose the dishes, nor is there a price list; there's only the girl in the dining room listing a series of dishes, from appetizers to main courses, so in the end, you don't know what to choose because there's so much information (you go to an osteria to be carefree and have a nice evening, "switching off" your brain). The owner is very critical of the wine cellars he doesn't own, and this doesn't do a good job of promoting a region that, from an enological perspective, has a lot to offer. In the end, since we didn't know the price of the individual dishes, the bill was very reasonable.

14/09/2025: I called to see if there was room for lunch, and was told to go, but once there (just 10 minutes after my call), I was turned away because they said the place was full, even though there were free tables and I was alone. A waste of time.

16/09/2025: A month ago, I was looking for a good place to eat pizza. It was a special occasion, and it seems I've found the perfect spot. Both the service and the pizzas were very good, and we also ordered a nice dessert to finish.

09/06/2025: We went to this place for lunch on Sunday during the village festival, with family and children, and we couldn't be happier! We started with a trio of really excellent appetizers, followed by simply perfect agnolotti, tasty and really delicious. The staff was super kind and super helpful, always smiling and attentive even with the little ones, which we really appreciated. Plus, excellent value for money: you eat well, in a welcoming and relaxed environment. Highly recommended!

06/10/2025: The Locanda degli Sfizi offers unexpected delights that will delight both relaxation and the palate. Located in an easily accessible location, we arrived here by motorbike: the lady immediately welcomed us and fulfilled our requests. Despite the season, given the low temperatures, she ensured we found warm rooms with every comfort. For dinner, we ate in the restaurant downstairs: excellent, carefully prepared, well-explained dishes, and excellent wines. We chose the classic menu, which she kindly adapted with porcini mushrooms: veal with tuna sauce and beef carpaccio accompanied by an excellent Russian salad, ravioli del plin with ragù, meatballs with tomato sauce, and a hazelnut cake that was out of this world. The price was very fair for the season and the services. We knew our breakfast would consist only of brioche and cappuccino; she had given us advance notice due to a private event, but nevertheless, it met our expectations. The rooms have a whirlpool and overlook peaceful and tranquil views. The only downside: the bells ringing. I had a hard time falling asleep at first. Recommended for everything, but especially for the excellent food and value.

11/07/2025: Sottosopra – Comfort Food Done Right My son and I came in hungry and left full, happy, and maybe a little high on sugar. The burgers? Juicy, messy, the kind you eat with both hands and a grin. The fried cod? Crisp outside, flaking apart inside—like it actually knew what a fryer was for. Potatoes were golden and honest. Cola classica cold and real. The cake? Let's just say we didn’t leave crumbs. No fuss, no overthinking—just good food, served right, in a place that knows how to feed people. Sometimes that’s all you need.

13/09/2025: Something like this has never happened to me in my life, ordering 3 pizzas and not having the pizza arrive even after 3 and a half hours, they didn't call me to let me know I was late, terrible service.

13/09/2025: Never again, I ordered 3 pizzas, I called at 7 and they told me they would arrive at 9, it's 10 and they still haven't arrived. Shame!

06/11/2025: Great place to do your grocery shopping, or have a coffee, and there's also a tobacconist.

27/09/2025: The shopping park is very large and very spacious, and other things are very large. But I haven't been there, and well, I don't know where this park is.

27/10/2025: A culinary experience from a bygone Italy. We visited this restaurant with a vintage atmosphere for a Sunday lunch. The set menu is generous and very reasonably priced. Some dishes, like the agnolotti, were exceptional. Recommended if you want to try authentic Monferrato cuisine. My only complaint is that I would have liked a smaller wine list.
