Alexander In Piossasco

It was my first time and as they say 😅 you never forget your first time, especially if it was Chat GPT who recommended the pizzeria to me. The place is small but really well-kept, with a warm/luxurious atmosphere. The staff is young and the girls who served us are really sunny and professional, a really nice message to give to the new generations. The pizza 🍕 especially the Alexander pizza was VERY GOOD, light and composed at the same time. I'm really happy to have discovered this place which I obviously recommend to everyone!

I went to this pizzeria for dinner and was curious to try their cornmeal-based dough. I chose a flavor that wasn't too overwhelming. The pizza was good, unique, crispy, and just the right amount of hot. The entire staff was friendly, helpful, and professional. I'll be back given the breadth of ideas on the menu, both for pizzas and other specialties.

I had dinner this evening with three friends. As soon as we arrived, the waitress brusquely told us the table wasn't ready (we were ten minutes early for our reservation). When we ordered, I politely asked for the pizza to be cut into slices because my arm was in a cast. Both waitresses responded: the very young one (I don't know her name) with a "Sure, of course." The other, the gruff one from before, replied, "If we can manage, because the room is full." It wasn't like it would take hours. And then we got to the food: unspeakable farinata, thick and soggy, and barely warm. Nothing to complain about the pizzas, good as usual. I hope it was just a bad night; Alexander isn't like that in Pinerolo and Giaveno...

One of the best gluten-free pizzas in the Turin province, richly topped with a thick crust. Takes a long time because they also do a lot of takeout.

The pizzeria offers slightly heavy but delicious pizzas! The main flaw is the reservation service, which often gives contradictory answers! Unfortunately, it's all automatic and sometimes gives incorrect answers! It's also impossible to speak directly with a human! However, when I asked a question about whether the table was booked or not, I was called back after an hour and a half by a snobbish and arrogant woman who questioned my complaint and, more importantly, refused to let me speak! In short, a terrible experience! My suggestion is that it would be better to avoid automated systems for a simple pizzeria, on the one hand, and to have people who talk on the phone without taking care of the customer in a timely and proper manner, on the other! I'll still come and eat pizza here this evening because I'm sure the staff on site is and always has been top-notch!

Small but welcoming atmosphere. Very good pizza. I recommend having fewer desserts and something homemade, which is always appreciated. The waitress was alone and a bit busy with takeout orders and deliveries, slightly neglecting the customers at the tables. Recommended. They have three other places I'll try.
