28/07/2025: My husband, my 5-year-old son, and I were there yesterday. The owners, Stefania and Manuel, were super kind and friendly, and the service was fast. We had an amazing truffle tartare, it melted in our mouths, not to mention the tagliatelle with fresh chanterelles and excellent speck! My son had a margherita pizza. I can only say that he even ate the crust, which he usually leaves behind... what can I say? To finish, we had the desserts, homemade, very good, the crème brûlée was tops!!! When there's love and passion in what you do, these are the results!!! Well done guys!!!! See you next time!!!

28/09/2025: On Sunday, returning from the Carabinieri holiday in Fossano, we stopped for lunch at Cate and Maria. A simple place, but well-prepared cuisine, from the cold cuts platter and fried gnocco (abundant) to the tagliatelle with pork rib ragù (the sauce also included a delicious rib) to the borage ravioli with fresh tomato sauce, truly excellent. The desserts were excellent! If you're passing through Fossano, stop by—you won't regret it.

28/07/2025: The pizza is truly excellent, the sourdough dough is light and crispy, and there's a wide selection of flavors to choose from. Chatting with the owner (very kind), you can sense the passion he puts into sourcing the finest ingredients. The sourdough bread is also delicious. I recommend stopping by if you're in the Susa Valley.

06/05/2025: May 2025; we went to the brewery in the afternoon to do a tasting of their 4 beers on tap. they were very good and particular. I also bought some bottles which I will try later.

18/08/2025: We ate here during a day trip. Everything was very good and fresh, the staff was friendly and polite, and the prices were fair. The only flaw, which for me ruined the whole experience, was the behavior of the small, chubby waitress with glasses. She was the only one who acted rudely, and I'm sorry to say we heard her speak badly of other customers. It's a shame that a place with so much potential has someone like this ruining the atmosphere. We'll definitely return, but we hope we never have to see her again.

03/07/2025: Arrivati in mtb alle 11 del mattino, accaldati e affamati. Senza prenotazione. Il gestore ci ha rifocillati con un ottimo tagliere di lardo (super) salame e formaggi misti. E bevande fresche. E una simpatica chiacchierata. Ottimo. Grazie!

12/10/2025: We arrived with a reservation at 9:40 PM, were rudely told there would be a wait, and we repeated that we had a reservation, only to be told that other people had reservations too! WE WAIT... Once seated, after a 30-minute wait, we ordered. The 800g rib-eye steak had 300g of bone and another 300g of fat, horrible, inedible, the sushi was dry, and the baked potatoes left much to be desired! The bill was reasonable! We only stayed because it was Saturday night and we wouldn't have found anything else given the time! I strongly advise against this place, it's overrated, and I strongly advise the owners to review their staff because there's a lot of rudeness!
