Quality ingredients and refined dishes. A local take on a traditional Japanese dish with Piedmontese flavors. I'll be back.

My favorite place in Turin!! It's worth a try!

A one-of-a-kind place, located in a special spot in Turin, in the city center and surrounded by other very charming restaurants. Sushi del Maslè stands out for its uniqueness, its excellent meat, and its impeccable service. The shape and presentation of the plates are truly identical to those you'd find at a traditional sushi restaurant, but inside there's meat, excellent meat. What more can I say? You have to try it and you'll want to come back! Delicious!

A couple's dinner for a special occasion. The place didn't disappoint, with friendly service and good quality meat. The only downside was the tables were so close together, meaning we basically ate dinner with the other couple sitting next to us.

A restaurant right in the city center. The restaurant is truly beautiful, carefully decorated, and the lighting creates a lovely atmosphere. The tables are perhaps a little too close together, but personally, I didn't mind. The menu offers a decent number of dishes to choose from, including many raw meat/sushi and grilled meats. The table setting is basic but attractive. We only had raw meats, all of which were truly delicious, paired with excellent sauces. The quality is very high, and you won't be disappointed. The desserts, especially the tiramisu, were delicious, and I appreciated the dessert booklet, which features comments from previous guests. The service was attentive and courteous. The bill was absolutely reasonable for the quality, although the only downside, in my opinion, was the price of water, which ranged from €3 for a half-liter (€6 for a liter), a €2.50 cover charge with a paper napkin, and €3 for coffee. These concerns were overcome thanks to the superb quality. Well done, 5 well-deserved stars!

I stumbled upon it by chance, and found a welcoming place and exceptional food. A unique concept, I hope to return soon.

Warm atmosphere, perfect for a romantic dinner or with friends. Excellent meat and super staff! The owner, Luca, is very talented and fun. Trust him and you won't go wrong. Excellent wine selection. The Fassona raw beef is a MUST! Excellent selection of appetizers, meat sushi, and various meats. Excellent side dishes, like the fantastic mashed potatoes. We've been coming here for years, and it's the perfect place for excellent meat in Turin. Highly recommended.

A wonderful evening with friends, it was a shame that the owner's welcome was a bit aggressive due to a mix-up with our reservation that caused us to be 30 minutes late (our fault). That said, even if he was in the wrong, a little more smile from the host wouldn't have gone amiss; instead, he remained hostile and cold throughout the dinner. Nothing to complain about, however, about the very kind waiter and the quality of the food.
