05/10/2025: Overrated, I got the feeling that many customers are more satisfied with the "luxury" atmosphere and the high bill than with the actual quality of the food. A little more substance would make the experience truly live up to expectations.

27/09/2025: Having been in the business, I'm always particularly critical, but after so many years/restaurants, I leave this place enthusiastic and completely satisfied!! Although we came in to try the pizza, after listening to the menu from a young and knowledgeable waiter, we opted for the food; it couldn't have been a better choice!!!! From appetizer to dessert, it was a succession of culinary twists; the hentres of raw meatballs with tomato sauce immediately established a high-profile reputation behind the stove; the tagliolini with porcini mushrooms followed, which were essentially excellent! Near the end, we decided to try the Brasato al Nebiolo with sweet potato cream...to say the least...moving! The use of fresh, high-quality products is undeniable. Dessert and coffee are the icing on the cake. With a bottle of wine and a bottle of water plus a cover charge, it comes to around €50 per person; it's not cheap, no...but I have to say it's been decades since I've eaten this well!! Not even at home!!! Top!! The staff is helpful and knowledgeable; the place isn't cheap.

06/10/2025: Without planning and without reading in advance or making a reservation, we arrived at this small, local restaurant and it is excellent. Cannelloni with fish, a very tasty surprise. Ravioli with meat for the husband, he licked it. And the tiramisu is actually "to give birth"🙃

05/10/2025: We visited this restaurant in a group of six. We each tried each other's dishes, and our verdict was this: the guinea fowl and cheek were delicious. For appetizers, the veal with tuna sauce and leek flan were good. The first courses were so-so: the Castelmagno gnocchi were good, the plin were average, but the tajarin with porcini mushrooms was a real disappointment... the menu didn't mention that not only were they red, but there was a lot of diced tomato on the plate, completely covering the porcini mushrooms' flavor. But the only real disappointment was the service: the dishes were served very slowly to one diner, the waiter paid very little attention, and we weren't asked for any feedback at checkout. We found the prices to be reasonable for the dishes. The outdoor setting was beautiful.

28/10/2025: This place serves traditional Sicilian products, made with great care, and the flavors are reminiscent of the island. It also offers excellent fresh pastries. You'll also find delicious pizzas and arancini. The coffee isn't particularly satisfying (a matter of taste).

23/10/2025: It must have been a bad day. I usually don't pay attention to other people's feedback, but this time I have to agree with the negative comments made before mine. IN MY CASE, THE SWEETS AND FRIED FOOD FROM THE OLD PASTRY, RICOTTA AND CREAM, WAS UNCOMMENTABLE. WE CAME SATURDAY MORNING.

12/09/2025: It's been a while since I've been there, and I was pleasantly surprised by the redesign. They've raised prices slightly, but the huge improvement in the quality of their coffee and freshly filled pastries justifies it. Everything was truly excellent, and the service remained top-notch, as always.

14/10/2025: I went to Trattoria Ciabot Pulaia last Sunday. There were six of us, and without a reservation, the staff were very kind in setting up a table for us on the porch terrace. We ate divinely, and the dishes served were delicious. The staff were very organized and the welcome was super warm. I also noticed that the kitchen staff was very organized and clean (all wearing hats), and the owner was very friendly and offered us a round of limoncello at checkout. Highly recommended, and we'll be back as soon as we have the chance.

26/06/2025: Okay the wide choice, but everywhere I looked I couldn't find a menu with a price list, and charging €2.70 for a croissant with Kinder Bueno seems excessive to me. On the positive side, it was good.

06/10/2025: Osteria Disguido offers an elegant setting with a relaxed atmosphere and the warmth of a traditional trattoria, with a very modern design. The menu is simple and informal, the dishes are delicious with an emphasis on the taste of the ingredients, the experience. The friendly and professional staff further enriches the experience, with useful recommendations for dishes and wines. The menu is based on local Piedmont specialties, prepared with an emphasis on tradition and seasonal ingredients, while an impressive selection of wines from the Fontanafredda cellar (from the enoteca located within the building) perfectly complements each plate, if we add to all the above a very fair price-quality ratio, this place is definitely worth a visit if your trip takes you to the beautiful Langhe region

30/10/2025: Fixed price of €13 for lunch during the week. The food is decent quality, but certainly not excellent. Spacious restaurant with plenty of seating.

26/09/2025: Definitely a nice, good, quality restaurant. The fillet steak was exceptional, as was the mashed potatoes. The gnocchi were exquisite! While the slaw and veal with tuna sauce couldn't be said the same, the slaw seemed minced, not hand-grilled, and seasoned with too much lemon. The veal with tuna sauce was nothing special for this type of restaurant. But overall, the service from the girls in the dining room was friendly and attentive. The tiramisu was excellent!
