A truly beautiful, elegant, quiet, and relaxing place. The people who run it are very kind and knowledgeable in recommending and presenting the dishes. The latter are meticulously crafted and prepared with seasonal ingredients. I always appreciate the combinations of ingredients and the presentation of the dishes. The cellar features excellent wines that are always recommended to pair with the dishes.
Returning is always a pleasant experience.

In the Turin countryside. The location isn't particularly impressive, but it's still pleasant. The restaurant is exceptional: a welcoming atmosphere, a spacious and comfortable space, and excellent food. What more can I say? An experience worth repeating.

Excellent cuisine, combining innovation and Piedmontese tradition. Excellent ingredients and a great selection of recommended wines for each course. The staff is excellent and very friendly. We'll definitely be back.

We've been asked to organize private events at this location on more than one occasion, and we've found it to be a welcoming, functional, and truly enjoyable environment. The spaces complement the scenography well, resulting in a clean, refined look. It's always a pleasure to work in such well-managed establishments.
