19/10/2025: Excellent gluten-free pizza, made with care and love by Mrs. Ida, a very kind and friendly person. My boyfriend Samuele and I (we both have celiac disease) have come here several times and have always had a great time. The restaurant has been AIC certified for years and the staff is helpful and attentive. We always love coming back, knowing we'll eat well and go home full and satisfied. ❤️

01/10/2025: We have just had the most delightful experience at Ristorante Orazio dal 1870. Top to bottom, everything was outstanding. I highly recommend.

01/10/2025: While exploring Lu, my wife and I stopped at Ristorante Orazio for lunch and had an exceptional experience. The staff were incredibly friendly, making us feel right at home. Even though our Italian is less than perfect, they were very gracious and welcoming. The food was outstanding. A special highlight was the scaloppini, which wasn’t listed on the menu fisso, but our server let us know it was an option. It was absolutely delicious—fall apart melt-in-your-mouth tender, without actually falling apart. A true standout. Portion sizes were solid, if not a bit on the generous side. The menu fisso offered fantastic value. We were so full we shared a dessert, which was the perfect sweet finish. We were already making plans to go back before we even finished our meal. I would highly recommend Ristorante Orazio to anyone visiting Lu or the surrounding area!

31/07/2025: Desserts for all tastes (and intolerances!) This pastry shop is a true delight! The selection of pastries is wide and varied, with something for every taste. A strong point is definitely the gluten-free offering: fresh, delicious, and carefully crafted pastries, truly expertly crafted. The atmosphere is welcoming, with seating both inside and out, perfect for a sweet break in any season. And the coffee? Excellent! Fragrant, creamy, just as it should be. A place you'll want to return to, and not just for those with special dietary needs.

27/05/2025: A really nice place, they have artisanal products for both lactose intolerants, products with little or no sugar and something gluten-free. They also have their own selection of infusions and coffee. Prices slightly higher than the average of bars. They are part of the myWorld world to receive a bit of cashback.

19/10/2025: My partner and I visited this trattoria and had a truly wonderful time! He chose a charcoal-fired pizza, which was delicious and well-cooked, while I had homemade ravioli filled with vegetables: simply exceptional, I savored all the care and quality of the ingredients. But the real star of the evening was the dessert: a cake with amaretti biscuits, peaches, and chocolate... it was like the classic "persi pien" (pie), but in cake form! An absolute delight. A special mention for the kindness of the staff: they enthusiastically welcomed our Labrador, immediately bringing him a bowl of water and some snacks to cuddle him. In short, excellent food, a welcoming atmosphere, and great attention to detail, even for our four-legged friends. Highly recommended! 🍽️

18/10/2025: I really enjoy coming to the Foresteria (former parish house of the sanctuary). The space isn't large, but in the summer there's a beautiful garden set up with awnings and umbrellas. Chef Brenna's cuisine is high-quality, using excellent ingredients, and the menu varies according to seasonal produce. Homemade bread and breadsticks. Very friendly and professional staff. Wide selection of wines. Desserts that meet expectations. The crema catalana is the best for me. Prices are in line with the quality of the dishes offered. During the week, there's a fixed lunch menu. Highly recommended.

23/10/2025: Neighborhood osteria in the Vanchiglia area. Lunch menu for €13, including an appetizer, first course, and second course (water or wine also included). The waitress is very kind and helpful. The food is served quickly and the quality is acceptable. Recommended for a quick lunch at a more than fair price.

22/08/2025: I think this was the best dinner I've ever had. Veal tartare was incredible. The pastas and salads were amazing. The servers were dancing to old disco. It was extremely nice.

06/09/2025: Very friendly staff, and the quality of the rolls/nigiri is undeniable. Zoro's onigiri with salmon and yuzu are always excellent. The udon noodles are definitely worth trying.

05/10/2025: I went on a Sunday evening. Besides the excellent piadinas, I also appreciated the warm welcome from the staff. I had a "delicata" piadina with a perfectly cooked hamburger, and a "Lorenzo" with a fresh and light flavor. Finally, I had a piadina with Nutella and strawberry topping, plated with a little cream. The flavor was delicious. The only piadinas in the area that are truly well cooked and served.
