Excellent restaurant, excellent quality of dishes, the sangria could be improved.

The first experience was excellent. The food was good and the atmosphere pleasant. The service was impeccable and the staff attentive. Thank you for this excellent service.

Excellent meat, but inedible side dishes. I gave it three stars because, although the meat was excellent quality, well-cooked, and deliciously flavorful, the rest of the dish was a complete disaster. The beans were tough and difficult to chew, but the worst part was the rice: it clearly seemed microwaved, with a dry, crunchy crust stuck to the bottom of the plate. It's a real shame to see such a good ingredient ruined by such laziness in preparing the side dishes. My mother ordered another dish, and while her rice wasn't as sticky as mine, it still wasn't up to par. These are things that should never happen, especially when there's only a few people in the room and the kitchen would have plenty of time to prepare everything carefully. It's a real shame to ruin such good ingredients with such sloppiness. I don't recommend it.

This is a historic Mexican restaurant, located in a pedestrian area, so if you arrive by car, you'll have to park in a paid garage or somewhere away from the restaurant. The dining room is large, a bit dimly lit, to be honest, but perhaps that's the intention. It could use a bit of a remodel, and I'd even redecorate it more in a Mexican theme, which I think isn't very popular these days. The bathroom is fairly clean. The menu features the most common dishes you'll find at many Mexican restaurants, clearly meat-based, along with the usual salsas, fajitas, tacos, and a couple of desserts. The food is good, but honestly nothing exceptional. They also have vegan and gluten-free options. A fairly varied selection of rums, tequilas (including sotol, which you won't find everywhere), both in shots and by the glass, and the classic sangria. The value for money is a bit poor, but the kindness of the girls, who occasionally offer a complimentary shot afterward, deserves praise, a rarity in many other places these days. Take a look and get a feel for it. Reservations are recommended on weekends.

Friendly staff, quality food, suggestive location

Wonderful place, we made reservations for dinner. We'd never eaten Mexican food before, so we ordered three burritos. The pulled pork one was truly amazing, juicy, and tasty. Then we tried the sangria, which was really good. We'll definitely be back, it was a really nice evening and we ate well. 😊

This place was a lifesaver during our stay in Turino! After not being able to order in another traditional Italian restaurant nearby (despite having waited long time), we had the chance to discover this restaurant. We were starving and food arrived so fast! Food was good, tasty and well presented. The servers were super kind and attentive (specially the Colombian one). The decoration and music really help you too feel in Mexico and Latin America. The cherry on the top: after paying, the manager of the restaurant offered us some shots of tequila. We were thrilled! I came back after my first visit. So that's already a positive review. I'm celiac, and there's a decent selection here, or at least they can adapt the dish if needed. The atmosphere is comfortable, tastefully decorated. There's music, but it's just loud enough for people to talk freely.

This was my first time at a Mexican restaurant, and since I don't have anything to compare it to, I'd rather give it a lower rating. The atmosphere is truly unique and divided into several rooms, and the service is friendly and approachable. The wait was minimal, but I was there during the week, so that might have an impact. The food was undoubtedly well-prepared, but I think the flavors and especially the quantity (at least for the chips) could be improved, perhaps by pushing the aromas and spices a bit more. The dessert was good, but I recommend sharing it because a whole slice might be too cloying.

Nice Mexican restaurant in the historic center, with attentive and friendly staff. Tasty and well-stocked dishes, good cocktails.
