A perfect spot to end our weekend in Italy! We had lunch at Gusto Madre with friends, and as French food lovers, we were absolutely delighted! The pizzas are incredible: a smooth and crispy crust, authentic flavors, in short… a real treat. A huge thank you also for the impeccable service, especially to Chiara who took such good care of us :) We trusted her to choose the desserts, and she delighted us by introducing us to specialties that were as delicious as they were indulgent. A perfect moment from beginning to end... We came for a pizza, we left with huge smiles! 🍕✨

13/04/2026: They have become great true friends, kind-hearted people who are available for everything. If you go to them you cannot help but fall in love with them and the environment.
13/04/2026: Excellent experience on Saturday lunch; a very quaint, quiet location surrounded by greenery, with sheep, goats, and chickens grazing. Fabiana was warmly welcomed, bursting with knowledge about their traditional Sardinian cuisine. The dishes are impressive for their authenticity, made with locally sourced ingredients, including the fantastic cheeses produced in their in-house dairy. Very varied tasting menus to choose from, allowing you to savor the excellent Sardinian cuisine. The service is impeccable, and the wine pairings are top-notch. Great attention is paid to food allergies.
