04/09/2025: A fantastic discovery! This restaurant in Carrù is a true gem, especially for lovers of boiled meat! Their boiled meat is simply divine, prepared with care and passion; every bite is an explosion of flavor and tradition. But not just the food, the staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to offer advice and make you feel at home. And what about the large and convenient parking lot right off the highway? It's perfect for those of us who arrive by car. I highly recommend this place to everyone, for any occasion. It's a well-deserved 5-star rating! I'll definitely be back!

02/09/2025: A very quaint and folkloristic restaurant, go there even if you're not vegetarian. Predominantly traditional Piedmontese food, the portions are small and the presentation isn't great. The veal with tuna sauce was very light, but the flavor was good.

16/07/2025: Lunch stop before arriving at our vacation destination! Excellent choice. Helpful and friendly, clean and well-kept environment! Excellent quality food, fast service, and generous portions. More than excellent value for money! Highly recommended for a quick lunch break as an alternative to a service station.

31/08/2025: Well, I was very skeptical, but I had to change my mind: for starters, we had spaghetti with mussels and agnolotti alla Cavour, followed by fried calamari and shrimp with a side of fries, and a Milanese with fries, white wine, and a coconut dessert with ice cream... not only was everything excellent, but it was also plentiful, with quick service and a fair price. Highly recommended.

26/08/2025: Tourist trap, I took three slices of pizza with cherry tomatoes and the other one with ham, hard and thick, which by the way I also had left over and I ran to the pharmacy to buy Maalox to help me digest!

20/08/2025: Excellent Ligurian focacceria, in the center of Turin near the Egyptian Museum. Focaccias with various fillings and something for every taste. Really friendly staff. A perfect place for snacks, both takeaway and eat-in. I highly recommend it.

10/08/2025: Excellent restaurant with excellent service and ingredients. The execution of the dishes is almost excellent, but in my opinion, some dishes weren't top-notch, either in terms of quality or quantity. The service was always very attentive and present. Excellent wine selection with a cellar fit for connoisseurs. So let's talk about price: certainly not average, but medium-high. For six people, 10 courses plus four desserts, but with two Tio Pepes and an excellent white, it came to €60 per person. I'll return only with my wife and with a careful eye on the wine, and we'll see the price for two non-eaters who are careful with their wine.

Despite its simplicity, the place is very tidy, and the lady who took our orders and brought us both our first and second courses was very friendly, and the food was cooked by them. I'd love to stop by again if I'm in the area.

17/07/2025: Very clean bakery with a wide selection of both bread and pastries. I had a brioche and a delicious sandwich. The staff were friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend it.

06/08/2025: I tried the pasta with sausage and tomato, which was truly excellent, as was the rest. The bill was negligible for the quality of the dishes, at least in my single, but satisfying, experience.

05/08/2025: A simple trattoria/bar with classic decor, impeccable service, and good food. Classic cuisine with a limited but quality selection. Excellent prices considering the quality of the ingredients. We ordered a practically complete menu (appetizer, first course, and second course), staying within €20-25 per person. But we were rolling 😅 The appetizers are definitely not to be missed, as you'll see from the photos. If you want a simple dinner with good ingredients at truly fair prices, this is definitely a good trattoria. The entrance through the bar isn't particularly elegant, but you can't expect too much. Kudos to the efficient and helpful service.

27/06/2025: We went to this place with my wife and daughter and we were really impressed by the care, the welcome and above all the quality of the food. The service was impeccable: friendly, present but never intrusive. A special mention deserves the homemade desserts made by a very kind and pleasant lady and the fritto misto was fabulous. I highly recommend this place to those looking for not only good food, but also a welcoming and authentic experience. We will definitely be back!
