A place with good food and good quality music, courtesy and kindness

I visited the Opificio guys for the second time in a year, this time to celebrate a special occasion, and once again they were impeccable. The place is simply enchanting: welcoming, youthful, fresh, and fun, yet still well-maintained, with the entrance offering a great view of their shop's products and the wine and beverage section. The menu is truly extensive, offering plenty of original options, even for vegetarians. The most appreciable thing is that they don't discriminate between the gastronomic choices: alongside a traditional dish like veal with tuna sauce, you'll find delicious vegetarian appetizers, without necessarily separating the two categories. The noodles and grilled cabbage are incredibly delicious, and the sauces are well-rounded but don't overpower the flavors. The staff and service are the restaurant's strong points, as their kindness and smiles make you feel at ease from start to finish. I'll be back very soon, fantastic!

A truly unique venue in Novara's restaurant scene. Housed in a former candle factory, it's furnished with originality and taste, just like the dishes served. The outdoor seating overlooking the internal garden is a real treat. The quality of the locally sourced ingredients and Fabio's passion stand out. He introduces you to the wines, telling you the history of the wineries he personally visits. I also recommend a visit to the shop, where you can purchase high-quality products.

A year later, we returned to this magnificent restaurant and were not disappointed once again. We ate truly well, with plenty of options, even for vegetarians. Excellent value for money in a refined and stylish setting. Very friendly and helpful staff, good value for money.

A very unique and refined restaurant recommended to us by an acquaintance. It was a great discovery, and I definitely recommend it to anyone passing through Novara. The menu is very limited, with about five appetizers, five first courses, five second courses, and the same number of desserts. The flavors are all authentic, locally sourced, and very unique. We tried the udon noodles with red cabbage and seasonal vegetables, which had a very refined flavor, and a delicious vegan Sicilian cannoli filled with apple cream. The atmosphere was very peaceful and charming, and the staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The price was fair for the quality of the ingredients and the sophistication of the dishes: about €15 for a first course, €9 for dessert (truly delicious), and a handful of euros for the cover charge. We'll definitely be back.
