Pizzeria Basilico, located in Vercelli in a remote but still easily accessible area, is a truly excellent choice for those looking for good pizza without straying too far from the city center. In my experience, I've only tried the pizza: specifically, the buffalo mozzarella pizza and the one with stracciatella and burrata. Both were truly delicious, with clearly discernible quality ingredients and successful combinations. Another strong point is the homemade desserts: I highly recommend trying them. Among these, the excellent crostata is available in several variations—fruit or chocolate—which may change over time, but are always very good. The service is efficient and fairly quick. However, it's advisable to book well in advance, especially during holidays or if you're planning large dinners. Overall, the value for money is decidedly good.
