24/06/2026: The only plus point was the service, with extremely kind and professional staff. Let's start with the appetizers: mediocre swordfish meatballs, tasting only of pine nuts and raisins, extremely dry, and with onions that further covered everything; Calamari tartare was good but extremely full of oil that masked the flavor of an excellent raw material; off-menu spaghetti with lobster, which was truly delicious, in fact the only valid dish; Tuna steak was completely overcooked, breaded with black sesame seeds that completely covered any other flavor, hard and dry potatoes (I fear they were old), and a large amount of onion that, in my opinion, was inappropriate for the delicate nature of the tuna. AND EVEN WORSE, the waiter allowed some customers to smoke inside the restaurant (indoors and near the fish counter) using tobacco heaters (IQOS) that had an absolutely unpleasant, truly unacceptable smell; acceptable outdoors, but absolutely not indoors and near the counter.

24/07/2026: A truly exceptional restaurant with impressively delicious food and good house wine. The only thing that took me by surprise was the bill, as I was charged for ‘Restaurazione’, which I may have mistaken for a tip. I’d appreciate some clarification!

24/07/2026: The restaurant has been recommended by our hotel, so we decided to give a try. We had octopus, beef and tuna tataki, and I have to honestly say, that the food is amaizing out there. They claim to have Michelin 2021 recommendation, but the food is just great! All prepared with very high quality. The only minus is for interior design that is not matching the quality of the food.

We were welcomed by Giada, an impeccable hostess, a constant presence and attentive to every need, capable of pampering her guests in every way with truly rare care. We chose a tasting of raw and cooked appetizers, a true journey through flavors and quality: from the tuna tartare garnished with capers and swordfish cubes, to the grilled octopus, the cuttlefish, squid, octopus, carrots, potatoes, and turmeric stew, to the mussels served with a delicious creamy tomato sauce, enriched with a few secret ingredients that make it truly special... and so much more! 🐙🦪🐟 Each dish was a pleasant discovery, prepared with quality ingredients and great attention to detail. The staff was simply impeccable: knowledgeable, professional, attentive, and extremely efficient. A restaurant where you feel welcomed, pampered, and accompanied on a tasteful experience. Congratulations to Giada and all the staff! ❤️

09/05/2026: I wouldn't recommend it. The server seemed to be having a bad day; she was grumpy and unfriendly. I had the feeling she was working too hard. A little smile wouldn't hurt; it would make you feel welcome. But maybe they don't like tourists there? The food was bistro-level.

27/04/2026: We had a wide variety of appetizers, raw, marinated, cooked, seafood salads, mussels, etc., all exquisite and delicious, and to top it off, an excellent dish that was one of the best I've had in recent years... We paid a fair price for the quality of the food. I recommend it!!!

We sampled several traditional Sicilian dishes, all prepared with fresh ingredients and bursting with authentic flavor. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Furthermore, the value for money was excellent: we ate very well and paid a fair price. We definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to enjoy authentic Sicilian cuisine!

18/05/2026: My wife and I had dinner here to conclude our week in Sicily. Highly recommended. The spicy mussels were divine, the pasta superb, the Etna wine perfect, and the service very attentive and friendly. Reservations are essential, as it's always very busy! A top spot in Catania.

22/07/2026: Three of us had dinner here. It's a family-friendly atmosphere, with recommendations for the daily specials or a menu selection. The wine list is excellent. The food is excellent and plentiful, better than many restaurants that save on 10g of pasta. The desserts are delicious! But above all, they make you feel good. You know, the kind of restaurant where they know you, where you're a customer for years, and then you become friends? They gave me that same feeling, even though it was our first time there. Thanks, if I'm ever back in the area, I'll definitely be back!
