20/08/2025: The place is nice but the service leaves a little to be desired, the food is not bad but nothing special.

15/08/2025: It's a pizzeria restaurant offering a menu with several options, including appetizers, first courses, second courses, pizzas, and desserts. It has a fairly spacious outdoor area. Upon entering, you're greeted by a welcoming indoor dining room, which leads to an outdoor dining area during the summer. We ordered two appetizers, two pizzas, water, cola, orange juice, and two coffees, and to our surprise, they even offered us lemon sorbet! The place is beautiful and elegant, perfect for an evening dinner with friends or family in a truly refined atmosphere. The staff is well-trained and all serve tables quickly, polite, and smiling, making guests feel at ease. The owners are also truly affable and friendly. Overall, we had a great time and will gladly return.

09/08/2025: Welcoming atmosphere, very friendly staff, excellent food. We spent four nights in the area and only ate at Dottor Fish on three nights because it was closed on the fourth. We'll definitely be back next time we're in the area.

07/08/2025: Definitely the best place to eat well and affordably. Many places in the area tend to put on a show but then offer subpar service and food. Doctor Fish is a safe bet: clean and welcoming, excellent service, excellent dishes and fresh fish, and very good pizza. The desserts are varied and very tasty. The only flaw is perhaps the tiramisu, which fell short of expectations, but then again, you can't have everything. After several experiences at other places (and rightly so, when you're on vacation, you want to see new places), we've decided to always eat there. The waiters are very friendly and attentive. Even if you're more than 10 km away, we recommend trying it. It's almost impossible to find better in the area.

01/08/2025: We stayed at the Ali Terme hotel but had dinner on July 31, 2025 at this restaurant. Everything was fresh and very good, the staff were very kind and welcoming, the place was spotless, we had a great time and the food was very good, the dishes were excellent and the portions were excellent. I recommend it to everyone. I will be back.

24/08/2025: Terrible experience. First, a shard of glass in the frying pan, and then the seafood pizza was full of squid cartilage. They offered us a beer to apologize, but mistakes like this shouldn't happen. The waiters were kind, but at the counter they called us liars, claiming that what we'd found wasn't a shard of glass and that by offering us a beer, the problem was solved. I would recommend improving the service provided by the kitchen and the customers.

24/08/2025: Terrible service and staff inattentive to customer needs. After a two-hour wait and repeated requests, there was no explanation for the delay, even though tables arrived later. At the last request, we were fed up and decided to close the bill without receiving any apology. Nesci, a name that stands for quality.

03/08/2025: Small trattoria with indoor and outdoor seating. It's quite hot outside, but inside it's air-conditioned and wonderfully cool. Excellent food; I had very lightly fried bluefish cutlets and grouper ravioli with pumpkin sauce. Everything was delicious. Fair prices, and the staff are always friendly, as is often the case in Sicily. We'll be back to try more. We've been back, and I stand by my review. I ate an excellent fritto misto and drank good wine in a very friendly atmosphere. Compliments for the fritto misto and the service.

25/05/2025: This is one of those restaurants where you wonder why they dont have a higher rating. They accommodated our group of 9 with very short notice on a Friday evening. The owner/host (Jessica) and all the staff were very friendly and the service was top class. Every dish we had was truly excellent. When ordering desserts, we asked if it would be possible to have candles for 2 of our group who's birthday's we were celebrating. Not only did they have candles but they had numbers for the specific year of the birthday's. The only disappointment was that we only tried this restaurant on the final evening before we left Palermo so couldn't go back again.

15/07/2025: Today, the two of us were there, and the food was perfect; it couldn't have been better. This is the perfect place for someone who needs to eat gluten-free. They take great care. The service was 10 out of 10. We'd be happy to come back 😊

03/07/2025: I think that in the last 4 or 5 years I have never eaten such good fish. Simple manufacturing in the name of flavor. In every dish you can find Sicilian tradition. The dish that I point out among others are the tagliatelle with tenerumi swordfish eggs and shrimp, but I do not want to forget the swordfish rolls with a superlative caponata.

15/06/2025: Excellent trattoria located right in the center of Santo Stefano di Camastra, we ordered a very tasty and flavorful grilled fish, you can feel that it is fresh, excellent service, I had a good time as well as the environment, I recommend you go there.
