19/07/2026: We were drawn by the excellent reviews on Google Maps and decided to try 'Good Pizza' in Valderice. Even though we arrived on a Friday evening around 8:30 PM without a reservation, we only waited a few minutes before being seated outside. The service was excellent: the staff were really talented, friendly, and attentive. The pizza was a wonderful discovery, both in terms of the dough and the quality of the toppings. The quality/price ratio was truly excellent. Highly recommended; give it a try, it's worth it!

18/07/2026: I've been to this pleasant restaurant/pizzeria and was thrilled with everything. The staff is very professional, polite, and willing to meet all of their guests' needs. Now let's move on to the culinary delights, which are not secondary; in short, everything is fantastic and succulent. Finally, the restaurant also offers a stunning panoramic view. If I lived in the area, I'd be a regular customer. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended.

Basically, a strategy that works very well. The fixed menu price is €35 per person. Congratulations on everything. I recommend it...

07/06/2026: This restaurant is truly unique; you have to understand that. It has a strong personality, as do all the people who run it. They serve only fresh fish of the day and take reservations based on how much fish they can find. This alone is worth the trip. The fish is cooked simply; nothing else is needed to enjoy truly fresh seafood. There are seven courses of only grilled or grilled fish, side salad, water, wine, fruit, and dessert for €35 per person. The place is spartan, the service basic, and the food fantastic. They want to know your name, and you hear from inside that the dishes are called by name, not by table. If you're sensitive to privacy, this isn't for you. I loved them and will return at the first opportunity.

17/05/2026: Lunch on May 18, 2026, as a couple The restaurant's interior is sleek and elegant. Stone walls and beams, several rooms, a warm welcome, and attentive staff. We opted for the €75 set menu plus two à la carte courses and several glasses of wine. Overall, the cuisine at this restaurant is remarkable. Everything we ordered was delicious and exquisitely refined. This restaurant could easily earn a Michelin star in France. For this level of quality, the price (€170) is more than justified.

07/05/2026: Sunday lunch was a gathering of local family and relatives, full of Italian flair. The seafood was fresh! The tiramisu for dessert was amazing! And of course, the location offers a view of the temple!

Nestled in the heart of Enna, Le Tre Rose is exactly that. A modest, classic restaurant with a simple yet elegant atmosphere where everything feels warm, spotless, and genuinely welcoming from the moment you walk through the door. We began with the mussels, swimming in the most fragrant pink rosé sauce. They were beautifully cooked, full of flavour, and served in such generous portions that we honestly wondered how we would have room for our mains. Then came the homemade pasta with prawns and pesto, and it was nothing short of exceptional. Fresh, vibrant, and perfectly balanced, every bite tasted as though it had been prepared with genuine love and pride. It was the kind of pasta that reminds you why Italian cuisine is admired around the world. Alongside it, we enjoyed the fried calamari and prawns. The seafood was incredibly fresh, coated in a light, delicate golden batter that was wonderfully crisp without feeling heavy or oily. 06/06/2026: Great location at the start of the historic town and near the information center. Parking (paid: €2 for 6 hours) right next door. Very welcoming staff and menus available in French. Excellent Aperol Spritz! A wide variety of dishes makes choosing the hardest part! We recommend the amberjack with eggplant pie, the seafood linguine, the stuffed squid/mussels/clams, the tiramisu... The only downside was the slightly long wait for our food, but it was well worth it as we thoroughly enjoyed our meal afterwards. A lovely spot for a delicious meal, perfect before or after a stroll through the old town 😊

28/06/2026: Everything was very good: seafood spaghetti was good, but almost all the clams were empty. Service was fine, and paccheri with swordfish was delicious. For main courses, the grilled fish of the day was good but not great. Swordfish was top-quality, red mullet was not cleaned properly and was very bitter, and not very good. Calamari was okay. The location was nice, so we stayed indoors with air conditioning.

20/07/2026: The best restaurant we've ever encountered. Run by a Polish woman, everything is delicious and beautifully presented. The place is clean and pleasant. We highly recommend it.

We weren't wrong. :) When we got our meals, we were a little shocked by the size (portions tend to be small in Sicily). The place is clean. Overall, I highly recommend this place; the food is delicious and the service is top-notch. P.S. You won't find any desserts like theirs anywhere else in Sicily ☀️☀️☀️ I highly recommend it!

09/07/2026: We went to this osteria on skipper Leo's recommendation and were extremely satisfied. The seafood was superb, the portions were generous, and the prices were fair. The very friendly and helpful staff made us feel at home right away. The mussels and swordfish were highly recommended, paired with an excellent Florio white wine. Don't miss it!

01/01/2026: A memorable December 31st: we ate outside even though it was raining, warmed by blankets, the fire, and above all by the attentive staff who pampered us until the very end. Jacqueline was an excellent hostess.

21/12/2025: What an experience ! Fantastic apetizer (sardinas fried to perfection with a simple home made mayonaise) and ensalata de bacalao with grapefruit and olives. My taste sense just exploded. Luckily there was a glass of the finest sauvignon to help getting back to earth 🙈😇. Delicious it was. Thank you very much.
