11/02/2026: This restaurant was recommended by our driver who said their couscous is the best. He was not wrong! We had the fish soup with couscous and the cod filled with pear sauce. Both very good. The staff was kind enough to tell us how to consume the soup. The broth is in a separate bowl to be added a little at a time to the couscous and dish. To find this restaurant, you really need to know the area. The door is very inconspicuous and looks like a hole in the wall but opens up into a quiet, multiple room, brightly lit place decorated with a mix of modern and traditional decoration. If in town, find this place!

17/12/2025: I discovered this excellent seafood restaurant by chance. The staff are friendly and the setting is stunning, with a terrace overlooking the sea. The seafood is excellent, with unique dishes and a good wine list. I recommend trying the Mazara red prawn tartar and the fresh pasta with lobster and cherry tomatoes, both excellent and more. Thank you, I'll be back again.

04/10/2025: Let's be honest, the staff was friendly but we got to have our worst dinner in Sicily there. There was, amongst others, this weird octopus marinated in half butter half soja sauce (I guess a lost attempt at making it "umami") served with super cold side and a traditional couscous which was rougly about pourring the whole package of couscous in the plate and not much more else (other than a pour-it-yourself fish soup, I'm sure my teen would do this meal when they're alone at home). Usually there's some music, maybe it's best to drink and avoid food?

28/02/2026: A truly excellent restaurant, the kind of place you'll always want to return to. The menu offers a comprehensive selection of fish, meat, and pizza, all carefully crafted and flavorful. The swordfish rolls are simply superb, one of those dishes that alone is worth the visit. The wine selection is extensive and of excellent quality, perfect to accompany every course. The staff is polite, attentive, and respectful: you feel welcomed like family, with that genuine courtesy that truly makes the difference. The location is another great asset. Situated in the charming Piazzetta Badia, the restaurant is intimate and comfortable in the winter, while in the summer it's right in the heart of the nightlife, offering a lively and pleasant atmosphere. A complete experience in every way: highly recommended.

28/09/2025: That was nothing! Since there are unfortunately mostly beach bars and almost no restaurants in Marinella, we chose this restaurant, partly because of its 4.6 rating. However, we can't understand the rating! The ambiance seemed cold, there was a strange vibe, and the service was very odd. When we got our pasta, we were initially disappointed by the small quantities. 5 ravioli for €15? That was a joke 😂 The "pasta alla norma" wasn't the original, but just pasta with eggplant (+ potatoes??). The original cheese was missing. Unfortunately, none of us were satisfied with the taste. Therefore, we don't recommend it...
