Let's start with the positives. The dough was dry, well-leavened, and well-cooked, and easily digestible. The toppings, however, were less impressive; the Norma pizza was a bit disappointing; the diced eggplant, under-fried, and tasteless, was not good at all. The tomato puree was of poor quality. The white pizza with mortadella and pistachio cream was also uninspiring. Given the high prices, I suggest improving the quality of the ingredients and sticking to traditional recipes.

22/01/2026: Those who come to Delia often do so for anything but pleasant reasons, but this bar-restaurant offers some consolation: a welcoming place where you can find some solace thanks to good food and friendly staff. The restaurant is simple but well-kept; we ate lunch outside, while there's also a dining room inside. The portions are generous, the prices are fair, and the atmosphere is genuine and truly memorable. Recommended.
10/12/2025: In Delia, in a small, deserted square that day, we found this restaurant that speaks louder than words.
The staff was honest, friendly, and enterprising, and they even made us experience a magical moment on a gloomy day.
The cuisine has its own personality, its own entirely positive vibe.
I highly recommend this place for many other reasons, which I won't list, just to avoid turning this review into a book.

22/08/2024: Alla parola eccelso, non si può aggiungere altro. Se pensate di andare jn una trattoria di quart'ordine avete sbagliato posto. Cortesia, raffinatezza, cura dei particolari, cantina ricca e qualità sono il biglietto da visita per chi non deve guardare lo scontrino a fine cena.

19/07/2024: Da come mi era stato descritto è stata una vera delusione antipasto discreto mentre i primi non erano un gran che pasta troppo cotta salata non ben amalgamata la torta non er quella ordinata e non sono stato neanche interpellato se potevamo cambiarla trovandpne un altra decisa dal ristoratore mah!!!!!
