The service was impeccable: attentive, friendly, and professional from start to finish. The ambience was warm and inviting, making for a wonderful evening. What made the experience even more special was the generosity of the staff. They offered us an incredible fresh fish that wasn’t even on the official menu, and it turned out to be one of the highlights of the meal. They also spoke excellent English, which made us feel very comfortable and added to the overall experience. Their hospitality and attention to detail truly set this restaurant apart. Highly recommended—we’ll definitely be back!

16/07/2026: It was a huge disappointment. We come here almost every year on vacation and have always stopped by the Darsena. This year, unfortunately, we noticed that the quality has dropped significantly, both in terms of food and service. The waiters are very kind, but the service is too slow. The atmosphere has also changed; the staff, while friendly, is more focused on bringing the dish to the table than on connecting with the customer; they're a bit robotic. The food wasn't great; I had the caserecce with basil pesto, stracciatella, and shrimp. It was more of a broth with a few sprinkles of basil (at least I hope so, because it wasn't noticeable at all). The caponata was good, but the rest was nothing special. It's become like so many other tourist-catching restaurants. We definitely won't be returning.

18/05/2026: We've been customers for a while, and the food is always excellent. The attention to detail is remarkable. We love the mussel soup and the pasta dishes. Today we had the seafood couscous (hand-rolled) and a Busiata with fresh shrimp and monkfish!!! Special thanks to Vincenzo and his kindness. Everything was of remarkable quality. I recommend coming and trying it!

25/06/2026: I politely asked for a replacement because it contained several pistachio shells and, if possible, for a pistachio-free version. To my surprise, they brought back the same dish, simply transferred it to another container, as if the problem didn't exist. This was unprofessional behavior and a decidedly arrogant attitude, which made the experience very disappointing.

26/07/2026: This seaside restaurant has a lovely white decor and a great atmosphere. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We ordered seafood pasta and pasta with eggplant. The flavors were a bit on the salty side, but the seafood pasta was delicious, with plenty of small octopus pieces in the broth at the end! The portions were also generous. Definitely worth a visit! 👍

08/05/2026: Millefoglie di Maialino ibleo very delicious, excellent combination of pork &vegetables reaonably priced &tagliatelle allo scoglio fresh pasta with fresh sicilian tomato sauce, octopus, various shellfish, shrimps fresh &best pasta I have tried in Sicily ¬ saltish at all,so happy &ready for siesta now happy to meet Stefano who introduced the dishes to us

When a place does so well, you can see the passion behind every detail. In the Kitchen: Chef Gianfranco Parisi is a force of nature. His dishes are an experience for the eyes and the palate, combining technique, flavor, and a unique charm. At the Bar: Francesco Gaiano is a master behind the bar, with exceptional drinks and great professionalism. At the Bakery: Massimo in the pizzeria churns out spectacular pizzas, with perfect dough and cooking. In the Dining Room: Giovanni Fiorelli and the entire team welcome you with such attention, kindness, and energy that make you feel immediately at home. A beautiful atmosphere and an extraordinary staff that all pulls in the same direction. When you come here, you experience the region at its best. Highly recommended, I will definitely be back.

I can happily confirm that every compliment was absolutely deserved. Even though it was already past 2:30 PM, the place was still packed with customers, and the comings and goings showed no signs of slowing down: a clear sign of this place's popularity. The staff immediately proved efficient, professional, and extremely courteous, making me feel welcomed despite the rush hour. I opted for a full lunch and was thrilled: the quality of the ingredients is unquestionable, and the preparation of the dishes is excellent, further enhanced by the meticulously designed table setting. Topping it all off was the owner's exquisite kindness, who, with a thoughtful gesture, offered me two coffees at the end of the meal. It's precisely this care for the guest that distinguishes a true restaurateur. An impeccable experience that I highly recommend!

04/07/2026: Very tasty, good staff, and a particularly cozy place. The outdoor area is large, right in the center, and very pleasant. The fish pastas are all highly recommended. I would definitely come back here!
