27/04/2025: Salve vorrei dare un consiglio allo chef quando fai la pasta ai ricci specifica che sul menù che i ricci me li devo portare da casa 22 euro buttati nel water, secondo me tutto è buono ma perfavore smetteta di scrivere linguine ai ricci scrivete pasta in bianco passate una buona serata soprattutto allo chef

23/05/2025: The presentation of the dishes is excellent as is their taste. I don't like the style of the place (but this is a subjective opinion). The chairs should be improved, I found them really uncomfortable.

22/05/2025: Llegamos al restaurante por las buenas criticas en Tripadvisor y Google. Hay que tocar el timbre para que abran (es un matrimonio el que atiende, con gente en la cocina, el dueño nos dijo "es como abrir mi casa"). Posee una carta de vinos IMPRESIONANTE (y con vinos de todos los precios, y accesibles). La comida (gourmet) muy rica (platos no abundantes, pero muy sabrosos y diferentes). Precios no economicos pero acordes al servicios brindado. Muy recomendable.

13/04/2025: I was invited to a birthday dinner at the Il Fagiano Restaurant and the overall experience was positive. Upon arrival, you are welcomed into a fascinating location: a noble house with carefully designed furnishings. The entrance with the double flight of stairs leads to a warm environment with a truly pleasant atmosphere. We appreciated the small relaxation area with sofas near the fireplace (which was turned off during our visit) and the interesting area dedicated to the display of wines, which also shows the chef's courses and awards, a sign of attention to oenological and gastronomic quality. The staff was one of the strong points of the evening: extremely welcoming, very kind and always available to provide explanations and assistance, both during service and to illustrate the buffet courses. Speaking of the food, the highlight was undoubtedly the quail eggs with black truffle, freshly cooked on the griddle in the dining room: an original idea and a flavor much appreciated by all the guests. The seared tuna is also very good. Being a buffet dinner, perhaps the general presentation of the dishes was not particularly elaborate, but the quality was good and the helpfulness of the staff in describing everything more than made up for it. The wines served during dinner were good and adequate. A small personal suggestion concerns the pairing with desserts: I would have found a sweet sparkling wine more suitable than the proposed extra dry brut, to better enhance the final flavours. Outside, the garden is very well-kept, pleasant and romantically lit, creating a suggestive atmosphere. It would be perfect if there was also a small play area to entertain the children, but it is still a very pleasant outdoor space. In conclusion, Il Fagiano offers an excellent combination of a charming historic setting, impeccable service and good quality food, with highlights such as truffle eggs. A few small details that can be improved do not detract from a highly recommended experience, especially for special occasions or a romantic dinner.

12/05/2025: If you are in Taranto, passing through or for a short/long period, you cannot miss eating at Conte, a cuisine of fresh seafood. The restaurant next to the most renowned fishmonger in Puglia, boasts delicious dishes also thanks to the supply of this fishmonger, yesterday I stopped because both my wife and I wanted a nice seafood risotto, to say that it was excellent is an insult to excellence, we had seconds, before the risotto we also tasted three types of raw fish appetizers, sooooooo good. If you want to eat seafood, do not get lost in restaurants that have no tradition, go safe and you will not regret it. I am proof of this 😋

03/06/2025: Arrivati verso le 14 a Castro avevamo esigenza dj mangiare qualcosa. Ci siamo affacciati dalla piazzetta che da sul porticciolo e abbiamo visto questo locale con tavoli solo all'aperto. Nonostante non avessimo prenotato e ci fosse molta gente ci hanno fatto accomodare e abbiamo mangiato. Personale davvero cortese e qualità delle portate di buon livello. Consigliatissimo.

09/05/2025: When we arrived at the hotel early, Miss Marica welcomed us and allowed us to park at the hotel and even check in early. Comfortable and clean rooms. In the evening I had dinner at the hotel restaurant based on fish... excellent. Professional and kind staff. Strategic point practically on the most beautiful beaches of Salento. We will definitely return.

27/04/2025: Hotel Ristorante Teti a Torre Mozza è veramente ottimo! La qualità del cibo è ottima e il servizio è veloce e accurato. Tutto il personale è super disponibile e si impegna a farti passare una giornata all'insegna del relax. La vista sulla torre è mozzafiato! Consiglio vivamente di visitarlo per godere di una cucina deliziosa, un servizio impeccabile e una vista incredibile."

04/06/2025: Ristorante dí alto livello dove , in maniera molto informale , ci si siede per capire cosa polignano ti può offrire su una tavola. Intanto la piccola amuse-bouche formata da un gazpacho con crostini di pane di Altamura è stata molto apprezzata, poi noi abbiamo scelto il crudo e qui l’apoteosi! A seguire la spigola su ricetta dí polignano al forno con patate olive e zucchine….eccellente, pesce freschissimo dall’inizio alla fine! Per concludere il sorbetto fatto con i loro limoni! Peccato dover ripartire… se potessi andrei tutti i giorni! Continuate così, bravi!

06/05/2025: Recommended by a friend of ours from Bari, we went to this wonderful restaurant. What's more, the food is delicious, the potions are very plentiful. Very fresh fish and seafood. The owner is very kind and friendly, the staff is always available. Prices normal. Super recommended.

27/05/2025: Awesome for families! We’re a family of four (2 adults, 3 year old, 10 month old) and spent a day here. Beds at the end of May were €30 each, and included an umbrella, really comfortable padded chairs, and towels. The club is small which is great with kids, so even if you’re not in the first row you can see your kids in the water. The water was very calm and clear. Service was great all around and everyone spoke English. We had lunch at the beach and the waiter was so attentive and fast. Before we left we were able to clean our baby in a hot shower which was a real plus. Also, the decor here is gorgeous.

23/05/2025: Amazing little beach club! Honestly some of the best Nigiri I’ve had in my life! The club has showers, changing rooms, a lovely private sandy beach! I’d highly recommend!
