27/12/2025: We stumbled upon it by chance, without a reservation, one day during the Christmas holidays. We'd heard good things about it, and it deserved its reputation: we had excellent raw seafood (compliments to the accompanying sauces), a first course (tagliolini spunsale and anchovy colatura), a second course (sea bass with chard cream), and two desserts. Everything was delicious! It must be said: the price isn't cheap. The service was truly friendly, both to us and to our dog. I recommend it for a special occasion.

01/05/2026: We had dinner there without a reservation! It was excellent; the food was delicious – we had sea bream, baked in the oven with potatoes and two mixed salads! Absolutely delicious. Well worth the price. Lovely atmosphere, very nice decorated. Friendly and attentive staff – well worth a visit.

15/03/2026: Excellent restaurant serving regional cuisine. We return every time we decide to visit the sanctuary because the food is excellent and unpretentious. The staff is friendly and helpful. Portions are generous and prices are fair. The place is clean, with minimal 1980s-style furnishings (wooden tables and chairs), and a large fireplace. Personally, I don't like the paper placemats; it would be better to cover the entire table. The bathrooms are old-fashioned but spotlessly clean.

03/04/2026: I had my daughter's baptism here. I highly recommend the restaurant! Excellent food, fantastic waiters, and truly excellent management! We'll definitely be back for more occasions.

02/05/2026: Go there if you want to deal with extremely rude people. The place is run by a mother and daughter who are the epitome of rudeness. To be fair, I have to say the food is good and the location is nice.

27/04/2026: Beautiful place, excellent food, and good service. The raw appetizers are very good, as are the cooked appetizers. The first and second courses are delicious, with delicate fried food. There's a lovely terrace if you want to eat outside.

07/03/2026: Abandoned for too long, totally neglected, forgotten by those who should care for it, it still stands, battered but majestic, transformed into a refuge and shelter for many species of birds, like so many other similar Adriatic bastions. It's a shame it never gets restored, a bit tidied up.... It remains a precious ally for elderly couples without umbrellas under the scorching August sun, or for couples with children seeking refuge among one sandcastle after another.

24/01/2026: Beautiful corner of Salento. The tower is worth seeing and the beach is lovely. Good parking. Nice bar. Easy to reach. Definitely worth a visit.

03/03/2026: An extraordinary experience! If you love fresh fish, this restaurant is a must-visit. The raw fish is exceptional: top-quality, fresh, and with authentic seafood flavors. The sea urchins, in particular, were spectacular, with a rare intensity. But the real highlight was the pacchero with lobster: a dish that's simply delicious. Perfectly cooked pasta, incredibly fresh lobster, and an impeccable balance of flavors. Honestly, I've never tasted such a good pacchero! A special thanks to the owner, a friendly, helpful, and attentive person who made you feel at home from the first moment. The service was fast and precise. We'll definitely be back!

08/04/2026: We ate a really good seafood troccolo, a generous dish and fish that really tasted like fish. We were in Foggia but the atmosphere and the ingredients were so fresh that they made you think you were on the coast, everything was exceptional!

04/04/2026: Having waited so long to discover this idyllic place has made us eat our elbows!! For years we've searched the surrounding areas, looking for places near the sea that offer high-quality seafood. Realizing that we have it right in the city center, and for me, right on my doorstep, was a magnificent discovery! This place is second to none, and the expertise and professionalism of the kitchen staff is evident from start to finish. From the phone reservation, they asked us beforehand if we had any allergies or intolerances to report. The atmosphere is meticulously designed and meticulously crafted, making it feel like you're overlooking the views of Santorini. The noise level is extremely low, and the background music is relaxing. The staff is constantly present, but not invasive or oppressive; they're knowledgeable and truly kind. Moving on to the food... THE QUALITY AND FRESHNESS OF THE INGREDIENTS IS AWESOME!!! The appetizers are inexplicable (the real thing is to try them and believe them), not to mention the lobster troccoli (they even let you choose your favorite pasta shape), which is worth every penny! The presentation of the dish, then...a whole lobster already split in half! I think it deserves to be included in the Michelin Guide. Compliments to the owner. A huge compliment to the chef's skill. And thanks again to the wait staff. From now on, it will truly be our FAVORITE CITY SEASIDE!

07/04/2026: On the plus side, the location in Santa Maria al Bagno is excellent, even though it's on the road and not directly overlooking the sea. Open midweek in low season, and the service is truly excellent. It's a shame about the rest. Unfortunately, the quality-price ratio is decidedly poor. We tried the raw ham, which was quite expensive, but the real problem was the quantity: a sample for two, the smoked salmon from the packets, the cod, and the tuna tartare were quite tasteless. But the first courses were even worse: the seafood pasta was overcooked and salty, truly mediocre, and the clam pasta, although full of clams, was overcooked and tasteless. We didn't try the second courses. It's a shame, we'll hardly return.

05/04/2026: The service is excellent, the food is a treat for your taste buds, plus lots of celebrities have come to eat like Mago Forest, Ficarra and Picone, Alessandro Borghesi and many others. Come to CORALLO, you won't regret it! I recommend the linguine with sea urchins! And the home cooking is excellent! If you're Italian and you're in Santa Maria al Bagno, you absolutely have to come here!

15/03/2026: If you're looking for a place to eat divinely and feel at home, you have to stop by Danilo Osteria Creativa. We went there for lunch and the welcome was top notch: Chef Danilo welcomed us immediately and introduced us to his world of Offishina, where he produces amazing artisanal fish cured meats, all made by himself. Unbelievable (and delicious)! At the table, he treated us as if we'd known each other all our lives, with a hand on his heart and a lot of warmth. We ordered a mix of meat and fish, and, boy, what can I say: the dishes were beautiful to look at, meticulously prepared down to the smallest detail, but above all, of incredible quality. And save room for dessert because they're homemade and absolutely delicious. Highly recommended.
