We celebrated our little one's baptism and had a wonderful meal. Both the starters and the first and second courses were of the highest quality and Domenico, chef and owner, is a really good person who was able to advise us and in fact everything was as expected. We will definitely return.

La mia esperienza non è stata entusiasmante come immaginavo. Limitata la scelta proposta sul menù digitale. Il costo supera di gran lunga la qualità e la presentazione del prodotto stesso... Personalmente ho preso: -Gambero in tempura (la qualità e la presentazione del piatto a me personalmente non è piaciuta). - risotto con scampi e polvere di liquirizia,( non ho avvertito il sapore dello scampo, inesistente l'essenza o il retrogusto della liquirizia, sinceramente pagando €22,00 mi aspettavo un'esplosione di sapori e gusto... ) Il servizio è stato professionale e cortese. Personalmente e ripeto Personalmente non sono rimasto soddisfatto. Non è una critica è solo il mio parere

Il ristorante Conte Cavour è sempre una scoperta di nuovi sapori ricercati. Conte Cavour è una ventata di freschezza e delicatezza a cui nessuno vorrebbe rinunciare mai. Massimo, Domenico e le loro famiglie una garanzia.

Nous nous sommes retrouvé par hasard dans ce restaurant et que dire ... c'était juste excellent, autant la nourriture que l'accueille. Les plats étaient très bien servi et toujours très très bon. Domenico, le chef, in personne très accueillante et gentille nous a fait passer un excellent moment. Je reviendrai sans hésiter et je recommande à toutes personnes passant par la !

One of my best experience in Puglia. The food was amazing and the chief Domenico was really nice and welcoming. We discovered many specialities that were delicious and I highly recommend the pasta all’amatriciana ! The place also looks really great and the atmosphere is nice. Do not hesitate to go there !

Ospiti di amici in questo ristorante da i gusti molto raffinati! Importante carta dei vini. Antipasto crudo e lavorato ottimo. Risotto ai frutti di mare top! Gelato artigianale supremo!

30/09/2023: I thought better. Ciceri and tria with clams not bad, the chocolate cake with Negramaro reduction is also very good.
29/09/2023: I came to this place to give my mother ciceri e tria and we were so satisfied with the food and the kindness of all the staff that we came back another time (too bad we have to leave tomorrow)! Truly exquisite food and wine in a homely atmosphere that will leave you speechless and with a pleasantly full belly! Compliments
