05/01/2025: But how can you not give 5 stars to this chef who is a genius? We are really impressed. Non-trivial recipes, products of now rare quality. Finally go to a restaurant to eat something special. I suggest cooking courses at the graduate restaurant. You are really good. The super nice waitress available and ready to advise you on the best. Keep it up! Congratulations to the owner for having created a small pearl on this coast where finding something unique has now become impossible. Thank you ❤️

30/09/2024: One of the best experiences I've had. Been to a couple 5 star (apparently) restaurants, but this is one of the top tier places to dine. Beautiful food, stunning atmosphere and views and lovely owner. Arrived as a new patron and left as a friend. Cannot recommend enough!Francesco is an excellent chef and beautiful host.

30/09/2024: A truly memorable experience. The environment is welcoming, romantic and beautiful. Francesco makes himself available exclusively and the meal he prepares is a fantastic fusion of tradition and creativity. There is no pressure of any kind: eat whenever you want, get up to look out the window at the exquisite view or if you feel like it have a chat with an intelligent and charismatic host. I recommend not getting lost in the details; the beauty of the experience begins by simply booking the appointment (obviously telling Francesco how many of you are and if there are any specific dietary needs) and then letting him do the rest!

13/12/2024: Business dinner in one of the best restaurants in Ostia and surrounding areas. Easily reachable with the information available on navigators. However, car parking in the surrounding area is difficult. The place is located in a historic, characteristic place. Excellent welcome. Various seats. Dishes definitely worth trying: appetizer based on sautéed mussels and marinated anchovies, fried fish, pasta with calamari sauce, mixed grilled fish (including scampi). The white wine is delicious as is the ricotta and pear cake.

The fried foods are good (even though the supplì is without mozzarella), but as far as the pizza is concerned it is unfortunately a no... undercooked so as not to make it too hard I think, but ultimately it was both raw and not very soft.
