30/06/2025: A perfect escape from the city! Just a stone's throw from the lake, it's exactly what we were looking for. Summer breeze, calm wind and exceptional owners! Helpful, friendly and family-like from the first minute! We are still here and will be back very soon. Needless to say, exceptional food (fried sage, lake fish and desserts made entirely by them)! Highly recommended!

18/07/2025: In times like these, when eating out is becoming increasingly difficult, this place gives us hope! A traditional osteria that perfectly reflects the spirit of Centocelle, welcoming and popular. Special mention goes to the staff: professional, extremely kind, fast, and very friendly, all people who know their job well! The food is good, simple and made up of traditional Roman recipes, as is the house wine. Despite the abundance of olive oil, no digestive issues. 🙂 Prices are in line. I agree with Borghese. 🙂 Excellent for evenings with friends, I will definitely be back. Congratulations, keep up the good work!

04/08/2025: This restaurant made my experience in Bolsena even more special. The atmosphere is simple and welcoming, with friendly service that makes you feel right at home. The dishes are authentic, and you can clearly taste the passion and care that goes into their preparation. The owner is present, kind, and willing to share the story behind each dish, showcasing local specialties. I chose those, and I couldn't have made a better choice. The dessert "Come viene, viene," a house specialty, was the icing on the cake. It turned out really well, a true delight. Highly recommended!

03/08/2025: A little gem in Bolsena. Excellent lake fish dishes, good house wine, excellent and fast service. Absolutely average prices. It's a shame we had the only morning with bad weather, otherwise they would have let us sit on the beautiful veranda! Compliments to all the staff, we'll definitely be back.

12/07/2025: A wonderful discovery in the Piazza Bologna neighborhood, a restaurant and pizzeria with impeccable service. We had dinner with a wide selection of fried foods. Excellent, dry dishes, and a tasty, easy-to-digest Roman pizza made with quality ingredients! Seeing dishes being passed around to other tables, I think the food is excellent too. Kudos to all the staff!

30/07/2025: A huge disappointment, unfortunately. I came to Acquapazza with high expectations, wanting to give a special experience to my nephew, the son of restaurateurs in Madrid and accustomed since childhood to eating in Michelin-starred restaurants around the world. I chose this place without asking for advice, trusting the name (my mistake). Let's start with the positive: the location is truly enchanting. At the top of the island, with a spectacular view of all of Ponza, the atmosphere is refined and very evocative. The staff was kind and courteous, nothing to complain about in terms of human touch. But from a Michelin-starred restaurant, I expect much more, especially in two fundamental aspects: service and cuisine. Regarding service: despite there being few tables, the attention was lacking. Our wine remained forgotten in the cooler, and several times we were forced to serve ourselves. In a restaurant of this caliber, this is unacceptable: in certain price ranges, customers deserve careful attention, discreetly but consistently. No one expects extreme formality, but attention is. And it was lacking here. About the food: beautiful presentation, beautifully plated dishes. But the flavor? Mediocre. No memorable dishes, no emotion. I left the restaurant with nothing that made me want to return. I've enjoyed much more at all the other restaurants I've tried on the island, at much more reasonable prices. The bill, however, was extremely high (€350 for the tasting menu, for three people with two bottles of wine for around €30 each), and frankly not justified by what we received. A Michelin star must be earned every day, and maintained with rigor, commitment, and research. Here, I had the distinct feeling that they were living off their income.

15/07/2025: Intimate atmosphere, elegant views, Michelin-starred dishes. The precise service: Acqua Pazza is famous in Ponza for its refinement and customer service. The dishes are carefully prepared and rich in flavor. Recommended.

Cura alle esigenze della clientela elevata. Cucina sia innovativa che tradizionale con rivisitazioni. Materie prime eccezionali. Consigliati cruditè e baccalà. Esperienza eccezionale. Ci ritorneremo

26/07/2025: Qualità, accoglienza, servizo, location impeccabili. Una cena in coppia perfetta: siamo arrivati in ritardo ci hanno accolto nel migliore dei modi. Il cibo eccellente e i ragazzi in sala altrettanto. Complimenti!!!

Probamos la carbonara, el fetiche Alfredo, patatas, pizzas y crema Catalina. Algunas de las mejores pastas que hemos comido. El personal era muy amable con mi nieta de 3 años. 03/05/2025: Da sempre riferimento quale pescheria di fiducia, quest'anno la piacevole scoperta del Bistrot. Stasera lo abbiamo provato per la cena assaggiando antipasto di crudi, di cotti, sauté di cozze, primi piatti di cui spaghetto alle vongole per i bimbi, favolosi scialatielli alla seppia e tonnarelli ai carciofi e mazzancolle per noi. Tutto ottimo. Servizio attento. Prezzo onesto Consigliatissimo.

13/07/2025: Beach resort managed just above average for the industry. It must be said that the prices are reasonable and the staff is friendly and competent.
