21/04/2026: A truly remarkable location. But it's an inn with rather reasonable prices for the quality of the food they serve. We ordered two first courses, and both were full of sand from the clams. We were also kindly offered a welcome drink by the chef, which included two appetizers that we obviously hadn't requested. Finally, they added them to our bill, which was a hefty sum, and we obviously didn't say anything out of respect. We definitely won't be returning.

We felt welcomed by all the staff who manage the property, which is still in the hands of the founding family, a detail that adds value. Impeccably clean. The location is excellent and quiet, on the lakefront, on a traffic-free stretch, with stunning views from both the room and the dining room. The breakfast was superb, distinguished by its variety and originality. The restaurant offers unique and carefully crafted dishes, including expertly prepared lake fish. If we had the opportunity to return to Lake Bolsena, we would definitely stay here again.

During that time, I witnessed a veritable parade of disorganization: several people arrived after me and were served normally, while I remained there, invisible, without any explanation, queue organization, or the slightest respect. Employees passed by repeatedly, looked, noticed the situation, and yet chose not to act. It wasn't carelessness, it was pure deliberate disregard. When I was finally approached, the service managed to be even worse: cold, condescending, and impatient, as if I were causing a problem by waiting to be served after two hours. The message conveyed is clear and extremely worrying: the service seems selective. Those who are local or speak Italian receive immediate attention; those who are not can simply be ignored. Waiting is part of any busy restaurant (which wasn't the case here). Being ignored for two hours while other customers go ahead of you is not waiting, it's total and absolute disrespect. If this is the standard for the establishment, it's not an isolated incident, but a serious structural problem. I do not recommend it, I will not return, and I suggest that anyone who values ​​their time look for another option. Thank you very much.

16/05/2026: A very nice and welcoming restaurant on the Fiumicino seafront. Seafood specialties... Dining options include both indoor and outdoor seating, making it perfect even on the most humid evenings. Friendly and welcoming staff. Recommended if you're looking for a lovely evening or day with family or friends.

The quality is more than decent, and the prices are quite reasonable, considering the current demand. It's worth a try, especially for the helpful staff. Make a reservation if you want to eat here.

Confused and incredibly fast fast-food service (by 2:30 they had already delivered all our dishes, so we're talking about a Christmas lunch), and the dishes were almost entirely served cold. Cold lasagna and lamb chops... and that's self-explanatory. €48 total for a mediocre menu. The service was terrible, and it wasn't the waiters' fault (though they were kind), but rather the restaurant owner's, who was planning to vacate the place at 3:30. The wrong dishes were missing, as well as the wrong liquors... It's not the first time I've had a truly terrible meal at this place... and I repeat, €48.
