23/09/2025: A wonderful seafood restaurant. Everything is fresh and perfectly prepared. They prepare your food according to your wishes, even dishes not on the menu.

14/09/2025: We just spent three weeks in Italy and this was the most expensive meal of all. The food had good flavour but my veal scallopini was tough. The female server was very nice and we communicated mainly through Google translator. The service was quite slow. I had asked the server if a dessert (a chocolate lava cake type thing) had nuts in it. (I have a sensitivity.) She said it did not so I said "good" and I ordered it. When it finally came it had what looked like Nutella drizzled all over it. I tried to confirm with her that that's what it was and the man who was serving who came by at the same time (manager?) said it was. I explained to him I could not eat it because of the nuts in it. He didn't seem to understand so I typed it in Google translate for him. More Google translate and he asked me if he could make me another one without Nutella. I thought this was very kind and said "yes please." I gave the untouched first dessert back to him (yes, I realize they couldn't serve it to another customer but staff could eat if if they wanted.) Almost 30 minutes later and my replacement dessert finally came out. Lava cakes only take 5 minutes to bake so I was unsure why it took so long. I ate it and it was fine. When we got the bill I saw I was charged for BOTH desserts. This annoyed me because I specifically asked the server about nuts in it at the very beginning before ordering it so it was her error. When the man offered to make me another one I assumed it to be a replacement for their error. I asked my husband if I should challenge the bill but by that time we had been there for over two hours and we were tired and just wanted to get out of there.

21/09/2025: Like the tide, Bistrot del Mare starts calm, then swells with life. The sea is on your plate (5⭐️), kindness at your table (5⭐️), and the room finds its pulse only after night fully falls… a recommendation is to dine here around 9-9:30 or later.

20/08/2025: This restaurant is a sure thing with all its dishes: excellent seafood appetizers, fresh fish, and delicious pizza. I've celebrated birthdays and even my daughter's graduation. The custom menus for special occasions are generous and well-priced. The staff is extremely friendly. A word of advice: book in advance, otherwise you won't find a table.

21/08/2025: The restaurant is located in the Fiumicino area, not far from the Torre Clementina, in a quiet, low-traffic area. The food is good and the atmosphere is quiet. The seafood dishes are delicious, well-cooked, and of good quality.

23/07/2025: We had dinner last night, Saturday, February 22nd. We decided to go out at the last minute, and at 9:30 PM, we were there, the place was packed. We asked to sit at a table that had just become available (despite there being other free tables near the entrance), and the staff kindly granted our request, asking only for a few minutes to clear the table and re-set it. We ordered a fried zucchini flower and a mixed seafood appetizer from the Diavolotto for two, and we were treated to six courses: squid with artichokes (amazing), marinated anchovies, salmon with arugula, octopus and potatoes, seafood salad, fried baby octopus, and mussel sauté. Everything was delicious and tasty. For our first course, we both ordered the tonnarelli all'ammiraglia, which was served directly from the pan. Excellent, creamy tonnarelli with a jumble of mussels, calamari, and shrimp—a mouth-watering meal! It was our second time at this restaurant, and we left satisfied with our meal. We fully honored the 'The Fork' discount. Excellent food and very friendly staff. Will we return? Of course we will, all good things come in threes!

07/09/2025: We stumbled upon it by chance, looking for a lakeside restaurant, and we'd gladly return. The atmosphere is perfectly immersive, blending in with the small marina. There are tables both inside and outside, under a lovely patio overlooking the water. The service this season was very prompt, and I can happily say that the portions are "homemade"—very generous, well-seasoned, and tasty! The prices are average. There's reserved parking.

04/10/2025: Beware. Pasta majorly over salted. My main meal was served last 10 mins after everyone had started eating. Beware when ordering Seaford as they charge by the ounce including claws etc. A small plate of Scampi or prawns will cost €45. €8 euro per person cover

Even a very elderly person received the utmost attention, with a touch of kindness and lots of smiles. The food was excellent, well-cooked, and the ingredients were impeccable. Thank you, you're a wonderful team. It was our first time, but we'll definitely be back. Everyone was truly wonderful!

10/09/2025: Excellent first courses, both meat and fish. The pizza was thin and good. We didn't like the service, which was inattentive when taking orders and lacked empathy (note that the restaurant wasn't full at all, nor was the outside area. This wouldn't justify the lack of attention and empathy, but it would lead to a more "sympathetic" rating). I therefore recommend both the food and the location, but not the service, which still has considerable room for improvement.

15/10/2025: A historic restaurant in Gaeta. Both the interior and the window are very charming. The dishes are excellent and well-prepared. Prices are moderately high. We waited a bit because it was late and we hadn't booked. Highly recommended.

15/10/2025: Excellent seafood flavors. ​We enjoyed two exceptional seafood dishes: an excellent shellfish soup and fantastic lobster linguine. The quality of the ingredients and the top-notch preparation delighted the palate. ​The only slightly disappointing element was the house wine. While the product was decent, the price was, in our opinion, excessively high and disproportionate to the quality offered. We suggest that management review the value for money of this specific menu item. ​Overall, we highly recommend the restaurant for the freshness and deliciousness of its seafood, but we encourage you to carefully consult the wine list.

The interior and exterior are elegant and refined, with a bright dining room. The atmosphere is quiet and intimate, creating a relaxed and intimate atmosphere. The menu features mostly seafood dishes, but also offers a few meat options. Guests are greeted with a tasty welcome appetizer: a plate of delicious zeppoline. The seafood appetizer is very good, made with the freshest ingredients. The first courses are excellent, prepared with great care and attention to the ingredients and their combinations. The fried calamari is very good, with a crispy, non-greasy coating that is easily digestible. The desserts are homemade and truly exquisite. The chestnut cake, accompanied by Chantilly cream and chocolate chips, is particularly noteworthy. It could be considered the ideal "sweet" conclusion to the meal. The staff is kind and courteous: they offer a very professional and attentive service to the customer, making them feel more than at ease and pampered.
